⁡.🌱YTT 200 🌱 ⁡In the spirit of Geeta Iyengar, we are reminded that: “No knowledge is gained instantly. In fact, knowledge has a beginning but no end.” In yoga practice, knowledge does not arise in a moment, nor does it conclude with a single understanding. ⁡ ⁡⁡ ⁡It begins with learning — a posture, a breath, a principle — but it deepens endlessly through experience. Knowledge without ongoing practice remains mere information. ⁡ ⁡It lives in the mind but not yet in the body, breath, or being. ⁡ ⁡When knowledge is applied consistently, patiently, and with awareness, it matures into wisdom. Through repetition, observation, and refinement, understanding becomes embodied. Yoga is not the pursuit of perfection, but a process of self-discovery. ⁡ ⁡⁡ ⁡It asks for continuous effort balanced with ease — discipline softened by sensitivity. Each practice becomes a dialogue with oneself, revealing layers of strength, resistance, clarity, and surrender. Over time, what begins as instruction transforms into insight. Practice turns information into lived experience, and lived experience into wisdom. This is the journey of yoga — a beginning without an end.⁡⁡ ⁡⁡ ⁡Well done to all the participants who completed the 16days🎉⁡ ⁡Your journey will continue- in the way that unfold with your own practice, and your intention. ✨ ⁡ ⁡⁡ Watch this space for more workshops / sessions coming up, here in WA.. !! ⁡ ⁡ 📍⁡⁡Link in 🅑🅘🅞 - Top profile ⁡⁡ ⁡#YTT200 ⁡ @pumphillfarm ⁡ ⁡@springsvalleyandspa ⁡ ⁡@maaz_alitariq ⁡ ⁡@southwest_muscular_therapy⁡ ⁡@onekindyoga ⁡ ⁡@sue.francis68 ⁡ ⁡⁡ ⁡#yogateachertraining ⁡ ⁡#pemberton⁡ ⁡#yogaretreat

✨Look at them shine✨ ⁡ ⁡⁡ ⁡—Radiating from within, eager to grow and to step fully into their highest potential.⁡ ⁡ Yes, we work to restore balance in the body.⁡ ⁡⁡ But even more essential is aligning the mind within. ⁡ ⁡When we harmonize the energy between body and mind, we begin to feel a natural shift—arriving at the right time, in the right place.⁡⁡ ⁡⁡ ⁡Remember the feeling? ⁡ ⁡''Celebrating Not Yet'' ⁡ ⁡⁡ ⁡⁡ ⁡⁡⁡@pumphillfarm ⁡@springsvalleyandspa ⁡@southwest_muscular_therapy ⁡⁡ ⁡@maaz_alitariq ⁡ ⁡@onekindyoga ⁡ @sue.francis68 ⁡ ⁡ ⁡⁡______________________________⁡ Our next Work shops,⁡ Retreat, and Yoga Class will be updated in 🅑🅘🅞 ⁡ ⁡⁡ ⁡📍Top Profile Link ⁡⁡ ⁡💌‪DM for private or small group lesson!

. ✨First week of YTT 200 ✔⁡✨ ⁡⁡ ⁡ ⁡Our wise Lead Trainer ''Gwen'' says, ⁡ ⁡ ⁡Yoga doesn’t try to outsmart pain. It learns how to listen to it. There are practices that have been tested. Papers written. Whole branches of yoga therapy exploring how pain, injury, stress, and trauma live in the body — especially in psychosomatic conditions. Because pain is rarely just physical. It’s neurological. Hormonal. Emotional. Contextual. Yoga meets pain by working with the nervous system first — through breath, pacing, attention, and choice. Yoga meets all of that without flinching. And this is where the scope of a yoga teacher work expands. Not with perfect poses. Not with performance. But with learning how to stay present when something hurts, physically, emotionally, neurologically, and knowing what to do next. In training, you start to understand pain not as a problem to solve, but as information. This is the difference between teaching shapes and teaching people. A yoga teacher trained in this way knows how to hold space for injury, limitation, ageing bodies, anxious nervous systems — including their own. Yoga doesn’t remove pain from the human experience. But it teaches discernment. It teaches us to recognise the repeated stories shaping pain, effort, and identity. It teaches respect. And that’s the kind of teaching that lasts. ⁡ ⁡@springsvalleyandspa⁡ ⁡@maaz_alitariq⁡ ⁡@southwest_muscular_therapy @onekindyoga ⁡ ⁡@pumphillfarm ⁡⁡@sue.francis68 ⁡#perthyogacommunity #perthyogateachertraining #wa_wellness #pemberton_wa #perthyogaevents
