I’ve never shied away from challenging myself, and I never want to be a one-dimensional athlete.

This has to be one of the hardest races I’ve done outside of Ironman. @finding_barbara is a hybrid race combining running and calisthenics that pushed me way outside my comfort zone.

I stepped outside my usual sport to challenge myself in something new, and walked away with a whole new level of respect for the sport.

Shoutout to @mr.getitdonee_ for taking the W. It was an honor going head-to-head with one of the top dogs from @863calisthenics. Those guys are DIFFERENT out there.

The battle was fun, the pain was REAL, and this definitely won’t be the last time.

Big shoutout to @onelegbeast for putting together the event and bringing me in to represent Orlando. Appreciate the opportunity.

THIS WAS STRAIGHT PAIN.

My guy @onelegbeast hosted an @finding_barbara event this past weekend in Orlando Fl and what we saw was athletes pushed to their limits.

To complete this routine is one thing but to complete it and under 30 minutes takes a high level of strength and conditioning.

One athlete this week finished in under 30 min
