Some men walk through our doors looking for fitness. Others are searching for routine, accountability, connection, or simply somewhere to belong.

But what they’re finding is something much bigger than a workout.

Hearing these blokes talk about how Fellaship has impacted their mental health, their daily routines and their lives is exactly why we do what we do.

We’re not just building stronger bodies. We’re building stronger men, stronger connections and a community where no bloke has to do life alone.

That’s what Fellaship is all about. 💪🏽

If you’ve been looking for something more than just a gym, our doors are open.

WHEN HE’S NOT OKAY, YOU FEEL IT TOO.

When your man is struggling mentally, it doesn’t always look like sadness.

Sometimes it looks like silence.
Being distant.
Snapping over little things.
Not wanting to talk.
Or saying “I’m fine” when you know something isn’t right.

And as his partner, you feel that distance.

You wonder if you’ve done something wrong.
You try harder to help.
You ask more questions.
You might even get frustrated because you don’t know how to reach him.

And before you know it, you’re both struggling… just in different ways.

Here’s the thing: you can support your partner without taking responsibility for fixing everything they’re going through.

You can give him space without disconnecting.
You can listen without trying to solve it all.
You can let him know you’re there while still being honest about how the distance affects you.

And fellas, letting your partner know you’re struggling can help her understand that you’re having a hard time, not shutting her out.

Neither of you should have to guess what’s happening inside the other person’s head.

You don’t have to get it right every time. You just have to keep finding your way back to each other.

That’s what being a team looks like.

Have you ever felt your partner’s stress affecting your own mental health or your relationship?

I’ve had enough.

When someone is happy and enjoying their life, if you don’t have anything kind or positive to say, keep it to yourself.

Mental health is HUGE, and we all know that, don’t we?

You never truly know what someone is battling behind closed doors. One careless comment, one joke at someone else’s expense, could be the very thing that pushes someone who’s already struggling over the edge.

Words have consequences. What might be a joke to you could be devastating to someone else.

I’ve seen firsthand how dark things can get, and I refuse to sit back and watch someone I love be constantly brought down.

Kindness costs nothing. Think before you speak.

I’ve genuinely had enough. ❤️

Globally, suicide rates remain a serious concern, with men significantly more likely to take their own lives than women (WHO). Many boys grow up internalising the belief that they must cope alone, that vulnerability is weakness.

“Skyler and the Spooky Storm” aims to gently challenge that stigma and help raise a generation that sees speaking up and reaching out as acts of courage 💚

A picture book written by Dr Kousar Sadeghzadeh @kousarsadeghzadeh and illustrated by Indira Muzbulakova @mello.dee, it follows a devoted father ant navigating a powerful storm while trying to provide for his family. At its heart, the story carries an important message: real strength lies in asking for help.

Currently in production, the book is expected to be available on Amazon in the following formats:

📖 eBook: March 2027
📚 Paperback & Hardback: June 2027

MEN’S MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS.

Sometimes the man who looks like he’s holding everything together is the one who’s struggling in silence.

The pressure to provide. To be a good dad. To be a good partner. To keep the bills paid, the family happy and everything moving forward.

And sometimes, when someone asks, “Are you okay?” the answer is simply, “Yeah, I’m fine.”

Not because nothing is happening… but because finding the words isn’t always easy.

As women, we often want to help. We want to find a solution, make things better and take the weight off the people we love.

But sometimes, our partner doesn’t need a solution. He needs a safe place to let it all out.

❤️ Ask him how he’s really doing.

❤️ Put your phone down and be present.

❤️ Listen without judgement or immediately offering advice.

❤️ Ask, “Do you want my advice, or do you just need me to listen?”

❤️ Remind him that he doesn’t have to have everything figured out to be loved and respected.

And to the men reading this: you don’t have to carry everything on your own. Opening up isn’t weakness, and you deserve support, too.

A strong relationship isn’t about one person carrying everything. It’s about knowing you can lean on each other.

That’s what being a team is all about.

Ladies, what’s one thing your partner does that makes you feel safe enough to open up? And fellas, what helps you feel comfortable talking about what’s really going on?

Save this. Share it with your partner. Start the conversation.

ONE LESS. THE IMPACT IS BIGGER THAN ONE LIFE. 💙

Every single day in Australia, approximately 9 people die by suicide.

Almost 7 of them are men.

That’s one Australian man lost approximately every 3.5 hours.

But here’s something that really puts the scale of this crisis into perspective.

Research estimates that for every person lost to suicide, 135 people are exposed to that loss.

Family. Friends. Children. Partners. Workmates. Entire communities.

When you apply that estimate to Australia’s annual male suicide figures, that’s potentially over 340,000 ripple-effect exposures every single year.

Read that again.

340,000.

And that’s why ONE LESS means so much more than its name.

Because when we talk about helping one man stay alive, we’re not just talking about one person.

We’re talking about his children having their dad.

His partner having their person.

His parents having their son.

His mates having their mate.

And a future that gets to continue.

One less suicide isn’t just one life. It’s a ripple effect that extends to potentially 135 others.

We’re building ONE LESS because we believe connection, community and showing up for one another can make a difference.

We won’t pretend to have all the answers.

But we refuse to accept that nothing can change.

One less man lost. One more life lived. Hundreds of lives potentially touched by the difference.

This is our mission.

This is our purpose.

ONE LESS. 💙

Not every man struggling with his mental health is ready to walk into a gym, join a men’s group or put his hand up and say, “I need help.”

For some men, even that first step feels impossible.

That’s why we’re building ONE LESS.

To create another way in.
To make connection easier.
To remind men that they don’t have to wait until they’re at breaking point to reach out.

Because sometimes the biggest difference starts with simply knowing you’re not alone.

ONE LESS. Men talking to men.
Less stigma. Less silence. More solutions. 🖤

We need to stop giving up on young men when they get it wrong.

They’re learning. They’re testing boundaries. They’re trying to understand who they are and where they fit in this world.

That doesn’t mean we excuse poor behaviour. It means we recognise that correction without connection will only get us so far.

They need boundaries.
They need accountability.
But they also need patience, guidance, respect and strong people who continue to show up for them.

Because good men don’t just appear.

They’re shaped by the people who take the time to believe in them, challenge them and walk beside them while they figure life out.

These young men are our future.

If we want to see stronger, kinder and more connected men tomorrow, we need to invest in our boys today.

Don’t write them off.
See the good in them.
Give them something worth becoming. ❤️

A centred man isn’t perfect.

He gets angry. He gets overwhelmed. He gets tired. He gets shit wrong.

But he knows what brings him back.

He looks after his body.
He protects his mind.
He keeps his word.
He respects people.
He has boundaries.
He’s present with his kids.
He loves his family.
He can lead without needing to control.
And when he gets it wrong, he owns it.

For me, alignment isn’t about having everything together.

It’s knowing who you are, what you stand for, and finding your way back when life pulls you away from it.

I’m not trying to become a perfect man.

I’m trying to become a centred one.

Men’s mental health is serious. This conversation doesn’t have to be.

Sat down with Luke from Fellaship this week talking all things ONE LESS… and of course, I couldn’t help but bring out a laugh 😂

There were plenty of laughs, but behind it is a mission we’re incredibly serious about.

One Less. One less man. One less heartache for a family. 💙

You don’t always see when a man is struggling.

He might still turn up to work.
Still train.
Still laugh with his mates.
Still provide for his family.
Still tell everyone, “I’m all good.”

That’s why we need to stop waiting for men to completely fall apart before we check in.

Notice the changes.
Ask the question.
And if something doesn’t feel right, ask again.

Sometimes one genuine conversation is all it takes to help a bloke realise he doesn’t have to carry everything alone.

ONE LESS.
One less man suffering in silence.
One less life lost.

Send this to a mate. Check on your people.
