9 months of growing life vs 9 months of finding my way back.

This transformation isn’t just physical, it’s a reflection of the commitment I made to myself to not be left behind in the process of becoming a mom.
Because my baby deserves the best version of me and so do I 🩵

Today dreams became reality. Grateful for the opportunity to train with monsters, I ’ve looked up to for years. What once felt like a dream is now part of the daily grind. My reality. This wasn’t luck — it’s the result of consistency, sacrifice, and showing up when no one’s watching. Today was special, but I’m even more fired up for what’s ahead. #dreamscometrue #dreamchaser #goalcrusher #bodybuilding #backday @newtechgym @onelifecoachingx @the.real.konan @regangrimes

A clear mind is a powerful weapon

Lately I’ve been learning that real growth isn’t just about the body. it’s about protecting your peace, cutting out what doesn’t serve you, and surrounding yourself with people who keep you locked in.

If something (or someone) is draining your energy or distracting you from your purpose… it’s time to let it go.
Mental health matters. The mission matters.
Protect both.

We’re now taking on new clients at @onelifecoachingx — and we offer more than just training and nutrition plans.

If you’re struggling mentally, we’ve got you covered. Our team includes a mindset coach for 1-on-1 sessions to help keep your mental strong and your goals locked in. 👊🏼
