⚽️💛 WHAT. A. DAY. 💛⚽️

What started as a football match became an afternoon full of memories, magic, laughter and pride.

The final whistle blew at 2–2, sending us to penalties… and for the third year in a row, the adults took the win! 🏆😂

“Really good day, both teams put on a spectacle for the fans! Another year but, same outcome. Auld team rule! #3inarow”

But the real magic came after the final whistle. Despite the defeat, our young team showed incredible sportsmanship, congratulating the adults and keeping the spirit of the day alive right to the very end. 👏💛

And what made it even more special? Seeing former students return to play, volunteer, face paint, support and cheer from the sidelines. Watching young people come together, step outside their comfort zones, take on responsibility and create something so positive is something we’ll remember for a very long time.

And the result that matters most…

💛 £1,111.15 raised for @therapetccst 🐾

A huge thank you to every member of staff who showed up, supported, encouraged and helped make this project possible — and to everyone who has supported our young people along the way.

And thank you to everyone who helped make the afternoon so special:

The trophy might belong to the adults… but the real winners are our young people. 🏆💛

The confidence. The friendships. The memories. The belief that they can make a difference.

That’s the magic that lasts. ✨

A year ago I met a man busking on the streets of Edinburgh. I followed the echoey trail of a saxophone that lead to One Man Dancing. I listened until he was finished and introduced myself. We've been friends ever since. He invited me to collabe drums over one of his tracks (check him on iTunes) and this afternoon being the Friday that it is I opted for this one. Tell me what you think! #dunnettclassicdrums #drums #onemandancing #drumlife #snaredrum

⚽️🔥 THEY PLANNED IT. THEY’RE RUNNING IT. NOW THEY NEED YOU! 🔥⚽️

The Art Offenders Charity Match is BACK! 💛💙

This isn’t just a football match… it’s a social enterprise project planned and delivered by the young people at Spartans Alternative School — from the very first idea right through to match day! 🙌

As part of their Art & Design sessions with their teacher, Sarah-Jane Henderson, the young people come together every year to create, organise and deliver an event that raises money for a different charity.

For the third year running, they’ve chosen football! ⚽️

This year it’s:

🔥 YOUNG PEOPLE vs STAFF 🔥

And they’re raising money for @therapetccst 🐾💛

But there’s WAY more happening than football…
