Somewhere along the way we decided that not pooping every day is just normal. That coffee will handle it. That bloated and slow is just part of being a mom. It is not. It is a fiber issue. Your cravings? Fiber issue. Bloating? Fiber issue. Core Flow handles it.⁣
⁣
We also decided that broken sleep and three cups of coffee just to function is acceptable. That snapping at our kids because we are running on nothing is just the mom tax. It does not have to be. Core Blue gives you real energy and clarity without the crash.⁣
⁣
We started eating the leftover diet. Whatever the kids did not finish. Whatever was easy. And we have been putting toxins in and on our bodies for years, Bath and Body Works candles, processed food, all of it. But we do not have time for a three day detox or a crazy cleanse. We need something working while we are working. Core Green does that.⁣
⁣
And everything hurts. Your back. Your hips. Your knees from getting up and down off the floor forty times a day. It does not have to. Core Red lubricates your joints and supports your recovery so your body can keep up with your life.⁣
⁣
Four products to create one simple routine. Built for the mom needs simple.⁣

If you are a momma who knows she needs this, comment FOUR and I will send you the link.

People keep asking me why I said yes to a company that hadn’t even launched yet.

The truth?
It wasn’t because it was “new.”
It was because of what it was built on.

As a mom every decision I make has to align with the life I’m trying to create…not just for me, but for my family.

I wanted to be part of something rooted in faith, family, community, nature, and nutrition.
I wanted leadership I believed in.
Products I felt good sharing.
A community that genuinely wanted to see each other win.
And an opportunity where I could help build something from the very beginning.

Will it be for everyone?
No.

But if you’re someone who’s been praying for more...
More purpose.
More flexibility.
More income.
More connection.

Then maybe it’s worth taking a closer look.
Sometimes the biggest leaps of faith lead to the most beautiful chapters.

💙 My DMs are always open if you’re curious or just want to hear more about why I chose this path.

May, you were something else.

A first ever event with people I now can’t imagine not knowing.

A birthday that hit different at 35.

A last day of school that made me cry in the parking lot like I always swore I wouldn’t.

And friendships that started in comment sections and DMs and somehow became the kind of people you drive hours for and cry with in hotel lobbies.

This month had everything.

Big moments.
Quiet ones.

The kind you don’t post because they’re too good to shrink into a caption.

I’m so glad I lived it.

Somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t just craving results in the gym…
I was craving me again.

Not just “mom.”
Not just surviving the day.
Not just pouring into everyone else while running on empty.

I wanted strength.
Energy.
Confidence.
A community of women who actually got it.
And if I’m being honest…I wanted more for our family too. More freedom. More options. More breathing room.

Because busy moms shouldn’t have to choose between taking care of themselves and creating a better future.

Fitness became the beginning of that for me.
20 minutes a day turned into feeling stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. But then something unexpected happened…I was presented with an opportunity that aligned with everything I already cared about: wellness, motherhood, purpose, community, and creating extra income without sacrificing my family.

And for the first time in a long time, it felt BIG.
Like the kind of opportunity that could genuinely change lives if you’re willing to lean in.

Clean products.
Real community.
A vision bigger than just “selling something.”
Helping women feel better while building something for themselves too.

This is for the mom who knows she’s meant for more but doesn’t want to lose herself trying to find it. 🤍

The waitlist is officially open.

The Heart Behind Mile High Crested Geckos 🦎✨

If you’ve ever touched the velvety skin of a Crested Gecko, you know there’s something truly special about these “lil critters.” But for me, the connection goes much deeper.

My journey with these sweet reptiles started years ago. When my oldest son, Kamden, was a baby, we had two crested geckos that became a true part of our family. Kamden absolutely loved them. After he passed, bringing these gentle creatures back into our home has felt deeply nostalgic—it’s a way to honor his memory and bring that same spark of joy to my younger children.

Watching my kids bond with, care for, and learn from these geckos has been one of my favorite parenting moments. They aren’t just pets; they are a bridge to a beautiful past and a bright future.

My Mission & My Journey

I started Mile High Crested Geckos to take the “mystery” out of reptile keeping and to share the healing, joyful bond they bring to a home. I’ll be sharing everything from my personal breeding experiences to the excitement of future babies to come! 🥚🧡

Follow along for:
• 🥬 Care & Nutrition – Keeping your family members healthy.
• 🏠 Setup Inspiration – From bioactive builds to simple starter homes.
• 🧬 Breeding & Genetics – A look at my projects and upcoming hatchlings.
• 🧡 The Family Bond – Teaching kids the beauty of these soft, sweet critters.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us. Every gecko we raise carries a piece of the love that started with Kamden. 🏔️👼

When I look back at the start of the year, I’m taken aback by the amount of work we still had in front of us to facilitate sessions in the space. It now feels like I have always been shooting here—and also…

(Don’t you love an “and also…”)
•
I also had to build in time for sessions outside the space, time for being a mom, and additional consideration for the eleven nights a month that Drew is at the fire station. It’s a juggle being all the versions of myself this incredible life requires.
Looking back on the year, I’m not sure how to properly express myself. As usual, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude while riding the wave of exhaustion and disbelief that this is my everyday.
Happy New Year to all of you.
Part two coming soon. There is way too much work to share for one ‘end of year’ reel.
Thank you so much for being here with me.

Love,
r.*
