First official trail race in the books! Jones Gap- 13.1 miles and 3990 ft of elevation per my garmin.
Quick recap and a question to the trail runners of Greenville: where are the best spots to train to make me as good as y’all?

Who are you when things get hard?! One thing I am working on in running and in life is being more positive and embracing the tough times. Thats where the growth comes from. ♥️

My brother and I had a fun race on Saturday- Jones Gap Half Marathon. It was tough but the mountain was so beautiful and we are grateful to have been there.

You will always see me running with this cool guy. He’s my brother Matt @onemoretimeat45! We always say that we have to run together because no one else will tolerate our genetic mental health disorder… we just don’t give up. He’s an Iron Man, he is getting us both back into shape, and I’m psyched to run many races with him. ✌️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
