If you said there was nothing to do this weekend in Savannah, you missed out. The @thegsbcc Black Business Expo brought out over 50 local businesses and brands under one roof. Real products, real services, real people. The kind of face-to-face connection that keeps our city strong every day. I had a great time talking with fellow business owners, catching up with friends, and meeting folks who are building right here at home. That’s where the magic is.

Showing up, showing love, and putting our dollars back into our community.

What I Love About You Day #25: Your Faith! 25 years of life is truly a blessing Lil Girl. Jeremiah 1:5….You are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which He prepared in advance for you to do. You were born with a purpose and for a purpose! Keep walking with God! He got you Lil Girl! Go be Great!😊🙏🏽🙌🏾👏🏽✨😍🤩#25thingsiloveaboutyou #lastdaybirthdaycelebration #godschild #walkbyfaithnotbysight

Last Sunday our baby girl participated in her first movie as a dancer. At the end she danced as part of the close out. We are so excited for her. I want to honor her publicly for how devoted she is to her craft. Giving God all the glory for her growth.

Congratulations Sarah! I wanted to take time to honor her dance teachers for pouring into her. Mr. Mark and I are grateful for you guys love @onespiritdanceacad

There aren't a lot of people who are surrounded by unconditional love and support 24/7, and there aren't a lot of people who are privileged enough to be a part of such an amazing team. I have truly been blessed to have the best of both worlds (no Hannah Montana).

It was also a pleasure meeting President Whirl again and being able to introduce the One Spirit team!

We didn't get a picture, but shout out to @lbmasseyjr for his filmography during the parade! My little world has expanded so much, and seeing him out there (doing his thing mind you!) really showed that a small interaction in a random @savannahstate class can go a lonnnnnnnnggggg way. I am so happy that I am able to mesh two parts of my life and share them with the people I love most. between One Spirit Dance Academy and Savannah State University, I truly can get anywhere from here.

Happy Homecoming!

4 part Blog Series: Jameelah and Michael’s Unforgettable Wedding at the JW Marriott, Savannah
Part 1: A Dream in Purple and Perfection in Detail

Jameelah and Michael’s wedding at the JW Marriott in Savannah was nothing short of a fairytale, filled with so many beautiful, unique elements that it deserves its own series! From the moment I arrived, I could see the stunning vision they had brought to life. With an incredibly talented team of vendors, Jameelah’s dreams of a purple-themed wedding were brought to perfection, with deep pink flowers, tall candles, and intricate details everywhere we looked. The combination of vibrant purples and rich pinks, accented by the warmth of candlelight, was pure magic and set the scene for an unforgettable day.
