WOW what an amazing evening and launch party for the newest Born beer with @onetrackmindyyc 💜

The night was filled with laughs, running shoes and pint glasses filled to the top with OTM berry blonde🍻

It was a great night on Thursday for the @onetrackmindyyc and @bornbrewingco run. Great run in plus temps before the dump of snow overnight haha

Join the Fun and Come for a Run (or walk) at the Inglewood Bird Sanctuary on Saturday August 15 at 7:45am. Post run hydration and snacks will be provided. Come see what our group is all about, and a surprise announcement of our race destination for the Fall of 2027. Our fun and friendly Run21 Ambassadors will lead different pace groups and distances from the Bird Sanctuary. Maximum distance will be 10k, minimum run or walk distance will be approx 3k.

Came home today to Walk for Alzheimer’s 💜

My mom, aunt, and dad today walked in the pouring rain with lots of other Edmontonians showing our support for @alzheimerabnwt

As some of you know I lost both my grandmothers to this horrible disease many years ago. Our family was asked to be a part of a feature, as we continue to support and use the support of the society - in all 3 generations of our family.

It’s why I created One Track Mind event last year. I cannot wait to start planning it again right away. 🗓️ Saturday November 7th we will be back for a bigger better OTM to fight Alzheimer’s! Goal: Raise $10,000 🔥

Definitely shed a few tears this morning speaking of Nikki and Florence today. Will always miss them! ❤️❤️
