I wasn’t looking for love when I met my husband.⁣ ⁣ In fact after a long string of relationships I had just finished dating myself.⁣ ⁣ I see how much falling in love with him was out of my control + a result of deep listening. ⁣ ⁣ At first, I had no idea he was my partner. It was easy for me not to put all of my expectations on him, b.c I had just done a lot of deep work on knowing I was the SOURCE of love. ⁣ ⁣ I simply wasn’t looking for it outside of myself - I truly felt in love on my own. ⁣ ⁣ When magic moments + synchronicities kept pushing us together, I was just trusting life. ⁣ ⁣ My conditioning kept telling me to say “no”, but life was telling me to say “yes” so followed it. ⁣ ⁣ My husband to-be was just a friend at that time + my best friend invited him to the class + backed out (go figure 😉). ⁣ ⁣ In the class, 1 partner led so he stood behind me moving my hips + the teacher kept saying “Just say yes.” ⁣ ⁣ My mind kept saying stop but I was practicing following the simple directions. ⁣ ⁣ By the last song I ended up almost nose to nose with him in an intimate moment. ⁣ ⁣ We were friends but when I was getting out of my own way life was wanting something more. ⁣ ⁣ He was falling for me faster than I was + didn’t need me to jump in which made me feel safe + to say “yes”. ⁣ ⁣ After dancing I was dehydrated + wanted a gatorade so he took me to a grocery store. ⁣ ⁣ He grabbed a bottle of champagne + popped it right in the middle of the store. We sat on the display patio furniture playing silly games + laughing endlessly. ⁣ ⁣ This week 11 years ago was one of the most magical weeks of my life. That entire summer we were kids falling in love. ⁣ ⁣ The relationship we have isn’t something special to us; it's a result of the work we’ve done. ⁣ ⁣ I’m celebrating my love with my husband + I want people to know this is available to you too. ⁣ ⁣ So I’m sharing a free meditation with questions to help you experience this love within yourself. ⁣ ⁣ Comment LOVE below + I’ll DM the link for this free guide.

Feeling your feet on the ground, the sensation on your toes spreading out, the micro movements that happen in your feet with each breath you take. ⁣ ⁣ I’ve had a couple Rolfing Sessions with Patrick @co_mission that have been very impactful on how I feel my body, how I feel in my body and the amount of awareness I place on this has highly increased. ⁣ ⁣ My understanding of Rolfing is very minimal, but from what I’ve experienced even just through Zoom sessions has been really powerful. ⁣ ⁣ The connections I felt between different parts of my body when focusing on opening and closing the energy in my feet through Patrick’s guiding is just one example exercise we played with that I had never experienced before and is so powerful. ⁣ ⁣ Energy work, body work, etc are all such important healing modalities that bridge mind, body, heart ❤️. Though we aren’t seeing people in person, great magic is still happening through phone and video calls- Look into working with different healers in all sorts of modalities during this time- many are offering their services at very discounted rates. You know when you meet someone and instantly you know they will be in your life forever? I was @thepolishambassador a few months ago and if you know how I dance I throw in back bends and hand stands here and there. I was in a back bend and this woman gets in my face (because mind you I’m upside down 🤣) and says something to the effect of, I love you and I want to be your friend 😍❌Jessi @adventuresofjessi and her boyfriend Chad were wearing unicorn onesies and of course I knew we were meant to be friends. What I didn’t know at the time is how this friendship would turn into a working partnership. The first time I met Jessi for coffee we cried. We knew it was Divine Timing to meet each other. Jessi and Chad own @stonemountainretreat tucked away in the beauty of Avila Beach. This land is powerful. The moment you step onto the property you know there’s something special about SMR🧚🏽I am over the moon to share I will be co leading our first ever Women’s Immersion, “So Hum” with warrior women Sadie @sadie_simonis @girlgoesbig and Hannah of Shantiyoni. I honestly cried when I talked to these 2 women yesterday because I felt so incredibly blessed to be welcomed in as a co-creator of this event that essentially Hannah and Sadie have birthed.
