To kick off the official beginning of summer last week, our Fitness Gamers participated in the Summer Olympics (QCFG style 😎)! In lieu of a main workout, two teams competed against each other in six different warm-up or burnout games:

1. Flag tag
2. Pole flag tag
3. Cone flip
4. Pass burpee pass
5. Merry-go-plank
6. Bring Sally up/down (with squats) ((not recorded))

Can you guess the rules to each one? Which one looks the most fun to you?? Comment with 1-6

ALSO NOTE: We will not be hosting QCFG this weekend (6/30) because of some much needed time for celebration with our regulars, but we will be back next Sunday (7/7) for our class at Noda Brewing 🤙

POV - you got pulled into a Coach Merritt-led burnout and someone asks for burpees (ahem @wingz_and_afrobeats)

Luckily, Coach showed mercy and we only did the Where Ya At burnout for half the song, with half burpees. But it still kicked our 🍑 😮‍💨

Congrats to team @trombatized and @jerrylj2 for sweeping both rounds in our 'Crazy 8's' fitness game this week. Catch y'all at the next one!

Celebrating Coach Merritt's 30th birthday with a bang! Our biggest class so far and everyone came out with amazing energy and effort 🔥

We created a game just for the occasion called "Dirty 30" and it was a hit, but only one team could walk away the victor ... Congrats Leo, @mmazzero @srroger @muswele (Mr W himself) and Coach @mr.kullymo (can't let the birthday boy lose 🥳)
