You’ve been told aching joints are just part of getting older.

The truth? Age isn’t the biggest reason people develop joint pain after 40.

One of the biggest contributors is losing the muscle that supports and stabilises your joints through inactivity.

Strong muscles reduce stress on your joints, improve stability, and help you move with confidence.

Strength training isn’t about vanity. It’s about protecting your body for the years ahead.

Jean showing some great depth in his squats at our Kettlebell fitness class! Ps- he has no joint pain.

Heat alert! ‼️
With temperatures rising, we’ve adapted our Kettlebell classes to include longer rest intervals for recovery and hydration.
Luckily we have the best air conditioning in town: the sea breeze!
Join us on Hove Lifeguard platform with a 7 Day Free Trial. DM me to grab yours.

Too cold to train outside?
This happy crew might tell you otherwise!
Ps- we train indoors if it rains! 😊

As the days become shorter, colder and winter is peeping through, you have two options:
A: Resign and wait for January to “start again”
or
B: Embrace the elements and finish the year stronger, fitter and healthier than ever!
The choice is yours! 🙌🏼

Never skip a warm up!

At our classes we always prioritise the warm up, which lasts around ten minutes.
We do this to:
- Prevent injury
- Switch brain “on”
- Improve performance in classes
- Opportunity for social chat between each other.
Our favourite tool: the agility ladder.
