Church of Sound Fest is a day-long, multi-genre crescendo of music, designed to take listeners on a journey from meditative contemplation to divine, ecstatic frenzy.

We begin by settling into the space with the modal Maqam sounds of Islay Hopkins on the oud. From there, we drift into the jazz-infused neo-soul of the amazing Sun Red Sun, swaying and swinging our way deeper into our bodies.

Next up, Leith-based string wizards Sociograss bring their foot-stompin' bluegrass energy, getting us woopin' 'n' hollerin' 'n' spinnin' all around. Then it's time to get those hips shaking as El Ruedo serve up their tasty blend of cumbia-spiced Western soundscapes.

As the day builds towards its peak, we'll lose our minds and find our souls with the riff-laden heavy psychedelic blues of groovy rockers The Kryss Talmeth Experience.

Last but certainly not least, DJ Juan Mare will be laying down a selection of irresistible grooves to carry us across the finish line in style.

Tickets are capped at just 100 people, ensuring plenty of room to dance, connect, and fully immerse yourself in the experience. Grab yours early so you don't miss out.

Last of the Summer Fine ✨

Fabulous weekend, celebrating the union of @tj_tiktak & @timtammusic with the finest discoballs, toadstools and milkmaids in all the land. For the first time in forever we danced to @samedia_shebeen at Edinburgh’s hottest new venue @thegildedsaloon.

First time at @vogriepogrie, this brilliant wee family festival is in its 4th year now and going from strength to strength! After seeing the heart-meltingly adorable after video made by @waltzerfilms of last year I promised myself I would get involved and I’m so glad I did.
Great to have one last summer session in the woods - catch up with old friends and spark new connections. Pleased I finally achieved my dream of being a fire steward and glad I got to help with the decor and tidying too.

Fantastic to see my friends @moggiesyurts @wild.felt, and @naomisfunhouse all shining brightly doing what they do best!
So proud of you all, I love to see it.

Amazing surprise to meet @chloeshelpfulherbs after 24 years, wonderful to speak about our lives and plants, lovely to refresh this connection.
Excellent community effort by and for the people, glad to be one of the crowd.

Thank you for having me join in with this magic, the unbelievable effort that goes into this weekend blows me away every time!
So nice to see everyone, feeling very proud of my friends, @ailsaandtheseahorses marvellous to hear great new material, and @onlyjuanmare with his soundsytem - the walled garden is my favourite place to be.
We won the World Cup! ✨🌿🍑🏆

I feel like a thistle seed floating on the breeze from the boat on the hill down to the sea. 😴

My heart is still in the @neverendingglen
What an amazing weekend at @kelburnestate for another insanely awe inspiring @kelburnparties
Totally bowled over by the incredible team effort that creates this magic, the epic performances, the surreal artworks, gorgeous glen & gardens, the audacious audiences and the cultural phenomenon of the festival community. I am so privileged, fortunate and honoured to be part of this scene in a small way. Massive thank you to @cera_impala for having me join her in holding the sacred space for the 🌗 Half Moon Medicine Showcase 🌓
Also grateful to @ashleydudleysmithart for having me along to assist with making this legendary nest 8 years ago amazing to revisit a work of art I had a hand in creating. 🪺 Thank you to @nicolailsa for first bringing me to the festivals and giving me opportunities to grow and flourish! Nourishing to reconnect with people, see how projects develop and improve in all kinds of ways, inspiring directions of growth.
Life is wild and beautiful and I’m here for all of it.
Get on the good ship friendship and let’s all grow together!
