Turns out the cure for everything is an iced coffee and letting one of your best friends reshape your bob. ☕️✂️

I’m putting together my Nashville Rolodex: a collection of the people I trust and the places I go. Over the years, I’ve found myself relying on a small network of businesses, practitioners, and shops that help make daily life feel joyful, functional, and well tended. I thought it might be helpful to share them with you.

This is less a guide to Nashville and more a guide to caring for oneself in Nashville.

If there is anything you’d like me to make sure I cover, let me know. To start, I have seen @onlylacy for hair color and @maryellenskye_hair for hair cuts for years, both at Darling Salon in East Nashville.

Excited about this! 💛
