✨I am SO excited to announce that this coming Monday I will be launching my 7:00 Sit Down! 💃🏽✨

What is the 7:00 Sit Down? This is a time for me to talk with you, my peeps, about the things YOU want to hear from me. That’s right! All of the topics will come straight from YOU! Last week I asked you to send me any questions you’d like for me to answer, and one of the questions I received was “How did you handle the lonely times when you were single?” This loaded topic deserves more than a 60 second response in my stories. So, on Monday, we will unpack this subject as I share how I conquered loneliness in my singleness.

But that’s not all! My good girlfriend Videllia Davis, @onlyladyv, will be joining me! Videllia is a love coach who helps women navigate from singleness to relationships, all while building their self-worth along the way. She will bring a fresh perspective to the conversation as a single woman as I share my past experiences as a now married woman. We will also be taking questions during the session.

This week marks the beginning of my new fitness accountability group, #TeamFineAndFit. Last week, I mentioned in my stories that I needed some accountability partners to help me stay focused and dedicated to working out. To be able to connect with a small group of women who desire that same accountability has been pretty awesome!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This morning, I woke up with them on my mind. I thought about the fact that some of them would be working out today, and I wanted to be part of that number. I also thought about the fact that somebody in the group may not be feeling it today, and that pushed me to work out so that I could share my own experience of how I pushed past the tiredness today. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Accountability is a powerful thing! It helps you to adopt a positive mindset that has the power to drown out your self-doubt. If you’ve been doubting yourself in ANY area and allowing those doubts to hold you back, I encourage you today to find some accountability partners who have similar goals and desires for themselves. You’ll be amazed at how much of a change you’ll see in your mindset and how quickly that mental shift will alter your actions!

Quick story, V is a magic maker and a passionate, determined entrepreneur. I remember the very first vlog I asked her to do. She sent me the video, and it wasn’t bad, but I knew she was nervous. We discussed tips and tricks; she went back and recorded multiple times some days and nailed it. With each video, she took suggestions and grew every time. V pushed through with every challenge I threw at her. She believed in herself and what she was doing.
Now she is shining daily on her platform @onlyladyv as a relationship coach and vlogger, and I couldn’t be prouder of everything she has done.
