Making this Reel brought up so many emotions… and watching it back honestly brought me to tears.

Running has given me so much more than miles. This running community has saved my life.

I’ve had the opportunity to travel across this country and around the world because of running — from my home country, London, England 🇬🇧, to Paris 🇫🇷, Rome 🇮🇹, Milan 🇮🇹, Madrid 🇪🇸, and so many places in between.

But more than the places, it’s the people.

Running has given me a greater appreciation for life itself. The fact that I’m able to wake up, move my body, be active, chase goals, experience new places, and share miles with people from all walks of life… I never want to take that for granted.

To every run club I’ve had the opportunity to run with — THANK YOU. ❤️

@lauderdalerunclub — thank you for everything you’ve given me and every opportunity you’ve allowed me to experience. You gave me the chance to witness my first World Major Marathon weekend in Boston, where I hit PRs in the 1 mile and 5K… then took me to North Carolina, where I completely smashed my Half Marathon PR by 15 minutes.

Those are moments I’ll never forget.

And to the first run club I ever called home, @waverunclub — my Wave Runners will always be family. 🌊

To every runner, every club, every coach, every friend, and every person I’ve crossed paths with on this journey…

Thank you.

You never know how much simply showing up, running beside someone, encouraging them, or sharing a few miles can mean.

Running has taken me places I never imagined, introduced me to people I would’ve never met, and reminded me just how beautiful life can be.

I’m grateful for every mile.
Every city.
Every friendship.
Every PR.
Every setback.
Every comeback.

And most importantly… I’m grateful that I get to run.

This is bigger than running.

This is community.
This is life.
This is my journey.

And I’m just getting started.
