To know who you are and what you stand for, you must first know your history where you come from, who came before you, and what they endured so you could stand where you are today.

I come from hard workers. Warriors. Providers. Family men and women who understood sacrifice, resilience, loyalty and responsibility. People who kept moving forward when life gave them every reason not to.

My bloodline is solid, and I carry that with immense pride. Not because the generations before me had an easy road, but because they walked the hard one and kept going.

Their sacrifices became my foundation. Their strength runs through me. Their story is part of mine.

And now, it’s my turn.

My responsibility is to take the torch they passed down, carry it with honour, build upon what they started, and one day pass it forward stronger and brighter than I received it.

Know your roots. Honour your bloodline. Build your legacy. Pass the torch.

@eli_malka Getting after it without fail. 🥊💪

3 days of Strength & Conditioning, followed by 1–2 days of boxing each week. Consistency, hard work, and no shortcuts and the results are showing.

Strong, fitter, sharper… and we’re only getting started.

Well done, Eli! Keep showing up and keep putting in the work. 🔥🦁

Day one with Josh. We talked goals, risks, and why he’s stepping into a white collar fight, even knowing he could be mismatched.

He told me about a tough spar, taking some heavy shots. I told him, boxing chooses you. You don’t choose it. Once you taste the copper, you either walk or you lean in. He leaned in. Stance, movement, jab, right hand. Building from the ground up. Day one complete. Well done, Josh.

Coach Lion out….. 🦁 🥊

Being able bodied isn’t a curse it’s one of life’s greatest blessings.

To move freely. To feel your lungs burning. To push past the voice telling you to stop. To discover just how far your mind and body can go.

Ask yourself: How much can you endure?

Every workout, every challenge, every step forward is an investment in a body and mind that can carry you for a lifetime.

We’re all living on borrowed time.

Use yours wisely.
