DAWN
Afgelopen twee dagen was ik host bij Studio @onnoadriaanse in Eindhoven tijdens de @dutchdesignweek. Vanwege het tienjarig bestaan van de studio werd de Dawn Lamp geïntroduceerd. Dawn is een collectie meubels (veelal massief eikenhout) die de serene rust van de vroege ochtend belichaamt: het ochtendgloren. In een gradiëntafwerking gaat een donkere kleur geleidelijk over naar transparantie, waardoor de natuurlijke kleur van het hout zichtbaar wordt. Aan deze collectie is nu deze prachtige lamp in esdoornhout (fineer) toegevoegd. De studio is tot en met 25 oktober van 11.00 tot 18.00 met een DDW-ticket te bezoeken (Sectie-C). Rather than separating object and sculpture, fuctionality meets with nature element in the refined design objects by @OnnoAdriaanse and @Tiemen.Harder, presented in our booth at @PADesignart London.⁠

Onno Adriaanse’s Hedera Collection draws inspiration from the climbing plant. Materiality lies at the heart of his creative process. Onno works with an emphasis on craftsmanship and physicality, allowing the character of the material to remain visible within the final object.⁠
⁠
Tiemen Harder’s Blossom Chandelier and Transference Salon Table similarly take inspiration from natural forms and ecological processes. Reflecting ideas of growth and continuity, each piece carries traces of its development and the conditions in which it was created.⁠

Rademakers Gallery is delighted to return to @PADesignart London from 13–18 October with 'Overgrown'. The theme takes inspiration from the ancient trees of Berkeley Square, whose branches grow directly through the fair’s tent.⁠

Created especially for PAD London, this collection brings together collectible design, sculptural textiles and detailed artworks inspired by nature.⁠ Highlights include the Hedera collection by Dutch designer @OnnoAdriaanse, who draws inspiration from the climbing plant and @Diederik.Schneemann's cabinet build from paintings.⁠

Textile lies at the heart of our presentation. @Joana.n.Schneider’s bold 'Spearmint', Alfhild Sarah Külper’s (@alfiesfuzzyfriends) tactile soft sculptures, ranging from mirrors and benches to wall pieces, and @Simone_Post_’s dazzling landscapes reflect our longstanding appreciation for textiles as an artistic medium.⁠ ⁠

@Tiemen.Harder’s Blossom Chandelier and @REMAtelier’s Golden Hour Mirror bring warmth and character to the interior, while Kiki van Eijk’s (@kikiandjoost) Beloved! watering can introduces a playful touch. @MaartenVrolijk’s intricately detailed vases and @KimSimonsson’s expressive sculpture celebrate craftsmanship, highlighting the richness and versatility of materials.⁠

Together, these works explore the interplay between art, design and the natural world, offering collectors distinctive pieces that bring character and depth to an interior.⁠
