Before and after Off road racing takes it out of you! I think the expression is "goosed" (is that from Top Gun?!) Great fun on the Cannock Chase XC Duathlon - the off road bike definitely took it out of me

#flatlay for @wilddeerevents Cannock Chase Duathlon tomorrow. Last raced this 9 years ago under a different name and great to have it back on the Tackeroo course, should be good for a bit of speed so choosing the gravel bike with @wildernesstrailbikes Sendero tyres fitted for the off road instead of mountain bike (hoping I don't regret!) Event is now a team GB qualifier event so expecting some fast transitions and field of athletes! @bum_butter - use code TRIWITHRICH for an intro discount @ononebikes @girocycling @northwave_official @newbalancerunning @oakleybike @oakley - rose tinted glasses @sealskinz @outlawtriathlon bottle @garminrunning @garmin @garminuk Fuel @partyringsofficial @jaffacakesofficial
