CLIENT TESTIMONIAL — Brielen Craft 🏀 6’4 PG · Class of 2028 · Atlanta, GA · KC Monarch Academy “My goal this summer was to get back as close to 100% as possible.” He came into the summer with injuries. No showcase circuit. No mixtape season. Just a young guard and a decision — sit out and wait, or trust the process and rebuild. Brielen chose the work. We didn’t just walk him back to healthy; we challenged him the whole way there. “Coach Korey and I have been at it for years. He’s not only a trainer for me. He’s one of the people that really understands me.” That’s what years buy you. Anybody can run a workout. Knowing what a kid needs on the hard days takes time. Back on the floor. Building forward. 🔗 transitionbball.com — #TheTransition #ClientTestimonial #BrielenCraft #Class2028 #MonarchAcademy

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL — Austin Johnson 🏀 6’9 PF/C · Mableton, GA · FIBA Overseas Pro “My relationship with Korey has grown every summer. He’s not only going to push you. He’s going to make you find yourself within the game.” Every summer. That’s the part that compounds. Skill work gets you through a workout. Knowing why you play gets you through a season overseas, a bad stretch, a contract year — the parts of the pro life nobody films. “You’ll figure out why you play and help you find a sense of purpose.” That’s the standard here. Purpose first. The game follows. 🔗 transitionbball.com — #TheTransition #ClientTestimonial #AustinJohnson #FIBA #OverseasPro

🔊🔊TURN UP THE VOLUME ‼️ Playing off the catch is about efficiency yet still being deceptive … ✅ before you get up a shot or ✅ before you put the ball on the floor to separate ✅ THE JAB - CROSS is a simple but advanced way to separate off the catch. ✅ The CHALLENGE is to keep your pivot foot on the floor UNTIL the ball touches the floor to avoid the travel. #purposefulwork #basketballtraining #offthebounce #playerdevelopment #basketballdetails GIG S2 SJQ

SHARE THIS POST‼️🤝 College defenders aren’t 6’2 — they’re 6’10 to 7’0 protecting the rim. When preparing for NCAA basketball, it’s not enough to just focus on making floaters. The real focus is how you shoot them. In this workout we emphasize: • Higher arc to get the ball over elite rim protection • Quicker release to beat shot blockers to the spot • Proper elevation and touch so the shot drops softly over length If your floater stays flat, it’s getting blocked. If your release is slow, it’s getting contested. Train the shot for the level you’re trying to reach. 👉 Like this if you’re preparing for the college game 👉 Comment “FLOATERS” if you’re working on finishing in the paint 👉 Share this with a guard getting ready for NCAA competition 👉 Watch more full workouts on YouTube (link in bio) Follow @TheTransition for more elite player development. Thanks and God bless. #thetransition #payitforward #growthegame #realresource #basketball
