I’m so grateful to not walk this journey alone. I’m surrounded by incredible women, strong, inspiring souls who uplift, support, and celebrate each other. There’s something so powerful about women who choose love over competition, who clap for you, who remind you of your strength when you forget. That kind of sisterhood is priceless.

And today… I truly celebrated in a way I both needed and deserved. From Pilates to B12 shots, facials, massages, chiropractor adjustments, açaí bowls, sea moss shots, hydration, sauna, cold plunges, cupping… to the laughter, the dancing, the conversations, the community. Friends showing up with love, with intention, with presence. Hundreds of birthday wishes, flowers, gifts, and the sweetest cards (you all know how much I love reading cards 🥹). Hugs that felt like home. Love that felt real.

Everyone doing their own thing, yet somehow all together… creating something so special.

God knows how deeply happy I am. How full my heart is. I honestly don’t remember the last time I spent eight hours straight smiling. I got home, checked my front door camera… and I was still smiling.

Oh Lord, thank You. For guiding me, for clearing my path, for making room for everything that is truly meant for me.

And to my girls @courtneydoesthemost @lysmel.htx @lalabraswell @lau_palana @onsomefitshit @chel.mcbride @mandalynn.v @karinaweathers @chloashlynfit @gsomehow and @earnedrecovery thank you for making this day unforgettable. 💙

Cheers to growth. To clarity. To becoming.
And to a life that feels as beautiful on the inside as it looks on the outside. 🥂✨
