Excited and honored to have been selected to serve on the 2027 Agent Leadership Council (ALC) at Keller Williams Living! 🔴🏡

We recently had the opportunity to come together at the Toledo Zoo for our leadership conference, and it was a great way to kick things off with an incredible group of people!

A big thank you to Danielle Sullivan for the opportunity and her continued leadership. I'm also extremely grateful for Mike Roberts and everyone at On The Block Group for their guidance, support, and encouragement along the way.

One thing I've learned is just how special it is to be part of Keller Williams Living. The culture, collaboration, training, and willingness of everyone to help each other succeed are truly something special. I'm fortunate to be surrounded by people who genuinely want to see one another grow, both personally and professionally.

I'm looking forward to learning from this group, bringing my own ideas and perspective to the table, and helping make a positive impact on our office and fellow agents.

And if you're in real estate, thinking about getting started, or just curious about what makes Keller Williams Living such a great place to be, reach out! I'd love to share my experience and talk about the opportunities here.

Here's to an exciting 2027! 🙌

We came back for round BOO. 👻☕️🎃

Our second weekend in a row of Boos, Brews & Pumpkins Too brought us to the Billingtons’ house in Cleveland Heights

On The Block Group and Mane Capital teamed up again with Fifth Gear Coffee for pumpkins, delicious coffee, treats, and a flower bouquet bar. A little spooky, a little flowery, and a whole lot of catching up with neighbors.

This is one of our favorite parts of being your neighborhood Realtors: getting people together and making memories in the communities we call home.

Big thanks to the Billingtons for hosting, Fifth Gear for keeping our cups full, and everyone who stopped by. Same time next fall? 🧡

A one… a two… a three… 🔐

I’m on nine and still looking for a lockbox I remember the code to. Apparently, I collect these now.

The world may never know. And neither will I. 😂

Does anyone else have this issue???

With great neighborhood knowledge comes great responsibility. 🕷️🏡

Knowing the blocks, looking out for my neighbors, and occasionally changing outfits behind a closed door. All part of the job.

Buying or selling in Northeast Ohio? You don’t have to chase me down. A DM works just fine. 😂

Even Michael Myers is ready to settle down. Apparently, he just needed the right house. 🎃🏡

A little less slashing, a little more relaxing at 15249 Sassafras Drive in Strongsville.

With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a kitchen island, and a spacious backyard, there’s plenty of room to enjoy your softer side. Add in a remodeled primary bath, new windows in 2025, and several other recent updates, and you can see why Michael’s making himself at home.

Shopping, dining, and the Cleveland Metroparks round out the reasons to stay. And this guy knows a thing or two about never wanting to leave. 😂

Message me for details or to schedule your own private showing. Michael isn’t included.

Van Aken has a new Star. 👀🍛 We checked out the soft opening of Star of India, and the food was delicious! So excited to have them in the neighborhood.

The boys stuck with their usual: Boom’s pizza, followed by Blue Cosmo with sprinkles at Mitchell’s. They know what they’re about. 😂

Ended the night with the kids playing on the rocks. IYKYK. Teddy was howling at the moon, clearly getting himself ready for Halloween. 🌕🐺

Goodnight, VAD. See you in the morning for my Rising Star coffee. ☕️

I’m terrible at keeping secrets. Especially ones with this much curb appeal. 🤫

Something good is coming to Strongsville, and this is just a little peek. The address? The details? When you can get inside? All in good time.

For now, send this to someone whose house hunt could use a plot twist. 👀🏡

What a lovely morning in the neighborhood! 🎃🍂

Yesterday’s Boo, Brews & Pumpkins Too! was everything we hoped it would be and more. Good coffee, beautiful flowers, pumpkins, smiling faces, and a whole lot of wonderful people coming together.

A HUGE thank you to Kayla from Fifth Gear for brewing up some delicious fall treats ☕, our friends at Mane Capital for coming out and supporting the fun, and Ginger Kate for all her help getting everything ready AND bringing her famous flower bouquet bar! 💐

A special thank you to my lovely wife for helping me dream this up, organize it, and somehow pull it all off. ❤️ And, of course, my incredible On The Block Group team for always showing up!

Most importantly, thank you to all of our amazing neighbors, friends, and families who stopped by. Seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new ones, and watching everyone enjoy a beautiful fall morning together is exactly why we love doing these events.

And guess what? We had so much fun, we’re doing it all over again NEXT SATURDAY! This time, we’re taking the pumpkins, coffee, and neighborhood fun to the Billingtons’ house in Cleveland Heights! 🏡🎃

Different neighborhoods. Same great people. One Block. 🧡

I haven’t even been to Martha on the Fly in person yet, but Doris and I are already in a serious relationship. 😂

One hungry afternoon, I was scrolling DoorDash, tired of everything near me, when I randomly stumbled across their menu. I was intrigued. Then I saw that thick, perfectly shaped egg patty and needed to know what was going on.

I ordered the Doris with its pork smash patty, American cheese, egg, and Martha’s Sunshine Sauce, plus a side of Karleen’s Cornmeal Fries.

10 out of 10. Unbelievable. No notes.

My only problem now is that I want to try the rest of the menu, but how am I supposed to betray Doris after what we’ve been through?

Easily one of my top 10 favorite sandwiches in all of Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. Now I just need to get there in person.

Officially On The Block Approved. ✅
