The transition is real. Identity evolves, the mission shifts, and the next chapter requires just as much intention as the last. Creating spaces for athletes to connect, support one another, and build beyond the game matters.

33. Another trip around the sun. ☀️

This past year was one of transition, reflection, and growth. My first year without playing football, but by no means the end of that journey. The love for the game is still there, and the pursuit continues.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that not every blessing requires a chase. Sometimes you just have to slow down, be present, and pour into yourself.

Patience, grace, consistency. Letting go of what no longer serves me, reconnecting with what matters, and building with intention. The more I poured into myself, the more everything around me began to bear good fruit.

To my family, my foundation. So much of what I’ve been able to build, overcome, and experience wouldn’t have been possible without your love and support. Through every challenge, transition, and uncertain moment, you’ve had my back. Forever grateful for that.

I’m grateful for the relationships built and restored, the opportunities to give back, the lessons learned, and all the beautiful moments in between. There were honestly too many to fit into one carousel.

Stepping into 33 feeling stronger, clearer, lighter, and more aligned with who I am and who I’m becoming.

Here’s to another year of leading with light, love, patience, and purpose.

Less chasing, more becoming.

Fun time at @hsbresort with great people!

It was mine and Megan’s first trip away from the kids and Horseshoe Bay was the perfect escape. The overall vibe of the area, courses, hotel and mini golf are so good; extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to experience it!

A real shame #bigbreak has been cancelled as listening to @sean_walsh14 and @bat_thelads you could hear the grind both the competitors and filming crew went through to create the show. We also heard the stories of the contestants and these are stories that need to be heard, are inspiring for the golfing community, with many journeys looking for the next step, opportunity or closure.

Hope this trip isn’t the last time visiting Horseshoe Bay or playing with the crew 🙌🏻
