🍨 TORONTO Gluten Free, Celiac or just the COMMUNITY… YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS HIDDEN GEM! 👀💚

During our family fun day in Toronto, Mom’s gluten-free research led us to @onthirdthought — and WOW. This is one place we’re so glad we found!

On Third Thought is a dedicated gluten-free gelato and wine bar, meaning there is no gluten in their kitchen. 🙌

For Kyle, that makes a HUGE difference.

When we arrived, he still did what he always does — asked questions and made sure it was safe for him. 💚

He was quickly reassured that he could enjoy the gelato, and then came the really fun part… the taste testing.

Then we ordered..
🍨 TWO GELATO FLIGHTS
That’s 6 FLAVOURS! 🤯
And Kyle HAD to get something that doesn’t happen very often…

🍦 A GLUTEN-FREE SUGAR CONE!

Because when you have celiac disease, getting to order a cone can feel like a BIG deal. 💚

Kyle got to try different flavours, taste everything and simply enjoy the experience with his family.
Those little moments are HUGE for Kyle.

We sat outside on their super cute patio, shared gelato, laughed, tasted flavours and made another family memory in Toronto. 🥹🍨 And for the adults, they even had wine infused gelato 🙂 I’m telling you, you won’t be disappointed.

And yes… Mom gets credit for finding this one. 😂

One of the realities of having a child with celiac disease is that our family adventures often start with researching gluten-free and celiac-safe places BEFORE we leave the house.

Sometimes that research leads us to a hidden gem like this! 💚

📍 TORONTO — ADD THIS ONE TO YOUR LIST!

👇 Have you been to @onthirdthought?

What flavour should Kyle try next?

And Toronto gluten-free friends… WHAT HIDDEN GEM SHOULD WE FIND NEXT? 👀

📌 SAVE this for your next Toronto gluten-free adventure!

📤 SHARE it with someone living with celiac disease who needs to know about this spot!

Follow @celiacstrongx for gluten-free Toronto finds, celiac-safe restaurants, gluten-free food reviews, family adventures and Kyle’s journey living with celiac disease. 💚
