Nobody noticed the exact moment the mood shifted at Rosie and John’s intimate St. Louis, MO, wedding, but somewhere between dinner and the first song, the sun had set, and a disco ball replaced the glow of candlelight. By the time the band picked up the tempo, the same tent that held quiet dinner conversation now held someone’s grandmother with her hands in the air. This is the difference between planning an event in a tent and selecting a tent that’s engineered to transition seamlessly with wherever the night takes you. Curious how Tim Dalfiume, Mahaffey’s Senior Event Manager, would design the transition for your event? DM us your date, and we’ll map it out for you. 📍Memphis, TN | National installs available Planning & Design: @altardevents Photographer: @_tammicamp Florals: @calma_floral Catering: @thesocialaffairstl Stationery: @onthreedesigns Venue: Private Residence Tent: @mahaffeytent Dessert: @sling_n_scoops Rentals: @the_aries_company @green2go.energy @portable_watercloset Lighting & Decor: @therealeeventsinc Furniture: @styledandstagedstl Linens: @nuagedesignsinc Decor: @seated.stl @wildgingerweddings Hair/Makeup: @eyedostl Content Creation: @beyondsocialagency Couple: @rosie_nab @free__buck #MahaffeyTent #MahaffeyWedding #TentRental #MemphisWedding MidSouthWeddinG

As event designers, we know great stationery is about more than information. It’s often the first design element guests experience, introducing the aesthetic, personality, and feeling of the celebration long before the wedding day arrives. This is where the story begins. 🤍 Stationery: @onthreedesigns Planning & Design: @altardevents Venue: @stifeltheatre Photography: @_tammicamp Cake: @celebratinglifecakes Reception Music: @redjacketsband Florals: @rosesandmint Rentals & Decor: @styledandstagedstl @decorumeventsstl @nuagedesignsinc bbjlinen @seated.stl @khartevents Hair & Makeup: @theartisteditstl Bride’s Attire: @viviennewestwood @theworkroomatbelle Now booking 2027 weddings and events. #altardevents #luxuryeventplanner #stlwedding

Our couples aren’t chasing trends — they’re honoring tradition with a perspective entirely their own. They are redefining timelessness by embracing elements and experiences reflective of the exact time & place in which they said “I Do” vs building a celebration based on the approval of hindsight, rules or replicas. They share our belief in moments becoming timeless when they authentically reflect their era, their story, and their people, layered together to create a personal masterpiece that is their day, their way. Golden hour blooms, layered textures, and autumn warmth woven into every detail. For our couples planning ahead for fall, we loved how the special touches woven through A+B’s florals really popped in the different areas within our space. From lemons to miniature pumpkins and sunflowers, we loved seeing this beautiful design come to life at The Dogwood! A beautifully designed cocktail hour is where the experience begins. Thoughtful lounge moments, layered textures, signature cocktails, and an atmosphere that invites guests to settle in. Because the celebration should begin the moment the ceremony ends. ✨ Planning + Design: @altardevents Venue: @unionstationstl Venue Photography: @katehargisphoto Photography: @zachandrosalie Videography: @capturedinframes Content Creator: @beyondsocialagency Catering: @unionstationstl Reception Music: @redjacketsband Florals: @bellifioristl Rentals + Decor: @decorumeventsstl @styledandstagedstl Stationary: @onthreedesigns Entertainment: @by.elysia.king Hair + Makeup: @eyedostl Accommodations: @unionstationstl Bride’s Attire: @annebarge @mimisbridaltandc Groom’s Attire: @indochino #stlweddingplanner #Altardevents #luxurywedding

The paper suite sets the tone for your wedding celebration. Megan and John invited their guests with a series of elements that showered with a welcoming feeling and hinted to a beautiful spring wedding weekend in St. Louis. Featuring soft washes of blue, delicate florals, and the gentlest touches of gold, every piece felt like it belonged to the same story, unfolding one layer at a time.
