Yesterday we tried out the viral scoop cookie dessert and its absolutely devine!

Gives us all those warm and fuzzy vibes, since the weather has been taking a turn the past few days.

Ingredients:
100g butter
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Chocolate chips-to taste

Method:
In a large bowl, mix softened butter and both sugars until smooth and creamy.
Add egg & vanilla.
Stir in the egg and vanilla until fully combined.
Add dry ingredients.
Sprinkle flour, baking soda, and salt directly over the mixture.
Stir until just combined - don't overmix.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Chill ( important for scoopable texture! Refrigerate 20-30 minutes so the dough firms).

Preheat oven to 175°C.
Bake 9-11 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and centers look slightly soft.
I did mine in the airfryer just before eating it at 180 for around 6-8mins.
Let cool 5 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
