Sometimes, the best way to move forward is to completely unplug.

Our 5 Elements Yoga Retreat at @bsp_farm was the ultimate weekend recipe for a soul-deep recharge. We traded our screens for the serenity of the farm, and our busy minds for the ancient wisdom of Qi Gong and TCM.

The quiet morning air at BSP Farmstay, grounding Yoga & Qi Gong flows, a much-needed digital detox, nourishing organic food straight from the earth, and understanding our uniqueness through the 5 Elements - these were exactly what the spirit needed.

We extend our gratitude to our guest facilitator, Mba Eny @thres_eny , for sharing the wisdom of Qi Gong, and thank our beautiful participants for bringing their open hearts and beautiful energy. You turned a retreat into an unforgettable community experience. Our hearts are full! 🫶

It feels so good to be back in this soothing sanctuary!

Day 1 of our 5 Elements Yoga Retreat at the beautiful @bsp_farm has been all about grounding and coming home to ourselves.

We spent the day wandering through the lush greenery on a plantation tour, discovering our inner blueprints through the 5 Elements TCM assessment, and releasing the old with detox breathing by the warmth of the crackling campfire.

Let the journey inward.
