Great programs incorporate the best ideas into synergistic concepts. Nothing in athlete development occurs in isolation. • Our Field Strong program has been successfully building fast, powerful, and resilient athletes for over a year now. We incorporate knee and ankle performance with concepts taken from @kneesovertoesguy @kneesovertoesgirl @thebarefootsprinter with coiling core concepts from @weckmethod @thedavidweck and loading torque from @erodingweakness • Great coaches build off of innovative concepts, creating a paradigm shift founded on sound biomechanical principles that are impossible to ignore. • If you want to be on the cutting edge of athletic development, jump into our Field Strong program every day after school 💪 • Form Above All Else • Top Tier Columbia 📱 +1 (301) 356-1956 📧 info@toptiercolumbia.com 🌐 www.toptiercolumbia.com 📍 6570 Dobbin Rd, Columbia, MD • Head Coach @nobletraininginstitute • Classes, Clubs, and Services • 1️⃣ Functional Fitness 2️⃣ Bootcamp 3️⃣ Kettlebell 4️⃣ Personal Training 5️⃣ Sport Specific Training 6️⃣ Powerlifting 7️⃣ Weightlifting 8️⃣ Strongman 9️⃣ Nutrition 🔟 Wellness • #betoptier #toptiercolumbia #evolvingathletics #fitness #strength #strengthandconditioning #strengthtraining #functionalfitness #functionaltraining #powerlifting #strongman #strongwoman #strongkids #weightlifting #athleticperformance #injuryprevention #injuryrehab #fatloss #fatlossjourney #holistichealth #wellness #holistictraining #hwpo #fitnessjourney #fitnessmotivation #mindset #crossfit #crossfittraining #weckmethod

Tomorrow’s circular strength workshop will showcase how to capitalize on the power transfer through your thoraco-lumbar fascia. • I intend to show functional fitness and CrossFit athletes how they can adopt these amazingly powerful principles into their current training program, applied directly to exercises they already perform. • Lats, traps, obliques, and glutes are all a major part of the puzzle. • Isolate for control and muscular development, then integrate for maximum power and strength. • The downstream improvements in mobility and stability are an added bonus in your fitness journey! • FREE to join: Saturday Oct 29th from 11am - 12:30pm • Form Above All Else • Top Tier Columbia 📱 +1 (301) 356-1956 📧 info@toptiercolumbia.com 🌐 www.toptiercolumbia.com 📍 6570 Dobbin Rd, Columbia, MD • Head Coach @nobletraininginstitute • Classes, Clubs, and Services • 1️⃣ Functional Fitness 2️⃣ Bootcamp 3️⃣ Kettlebell 4️⃣ Personal Training 5️⃣ Sport Specific Training 6️⃣ Powerlifting 7️⃣ Weightlifting 8️⃣ Strongman 9️⃣ Nutrition 🔟 Wellness • #betoptier #toptiercolumbia #evolvingathletics #fitness #strength #strengthandconditioning #strengthtraining #functionalfitness #functionaltraining #powerlifting #strongman #strongwoman #strongkids #weightlifting #athleticperformance #injuryprevention #injuryrehab #fatloss #fatlossjourney #holistichealth #wellness #holistictraining #hwpo #fitnessjourney #fitnessmotivation #mindset #crossfit #crossfittraining #weckmethod

Belt squats are coveted squat variation that allows people to train the legs without stressing the lower back. • They are great for older clients, kids, and athletes looking to add muscle mass to their legs without added CNS stress. • Our open gym members love them, as do our powerlifters and functional fitness clients who enjoy the added accessory work we provide as part of our membership package. • Looking for a gym that has all the toys for minimal investment? • Ask us about all our packages. Field athletes need a lot of rotational power and balance. • What you see is essentially jumping and throwing a barbell forward, with great balance, foot work, and agility. • Imagine how well this translates to athletes needing to sprint down field, block defensively against an opponent, or throw a ball to a receiver. • Baseball, softball, football, lacrosse, cricket, and combat sports all immediately come to mind. • Expect this kind of application in our Field Strong program. • Join us every afternoon after school to experience the difference 💪 • Motto: Form Above All Else • Top Tier Columbia 📱 +1 (301) 356-1956 📧 info@toptiercolumbia.com 🌐 www.toptiercolumbia.com 📍 6570 Dobbin Rd, Columbia, MD • Head Coach @nobletraininginstitute • Classes, Clubs, and Services • 1️⃣ Functional Fitness 2️⃣ Bootcamp 3️⃣ Kettlebell 4️⃣ Personal Training 5️⃣ Sport Specific Training 6️⃣ Powerlifting 7️⃣ Weightlifting 8️⃣ Strongman 9️⃣ Nutrition 🔟 Wellness • #betoptier #toptiercolumbia #evolvingathletics #fitness #strength #strengthandconditioning #strengthtraining #functionalfitness #functionaltraining #powerlifting #strongman #strongwoman #strongkids #weightlifting #athleticperformance #injuryprevention #injuryrehab #fatloss #fatlossjourney #holistichealth #wellness #holistictraining #hwpo #fitnessjourney #fitnessmotivation #mindset #weckmethod

“I don’t want to compete unless I can win.” • I’ve heard this statement hundreds of times throughout my 25 years of competing across 5 different strength sports. • I believe it to be an illusion, a narrative, that people create for themselves to hide from their fear of failure. • I’m 43, and 175 lbs, and for the 4th time I’ve competed in strongman sport as a masters athlete this past weekend. It’s a sport in which people like me don’t register and compete unless they are below the age of 40, because there aren’t enough of us involved to warrant a weight class that accounts for us smaller men and women. • This means every time I compete, I have essentially zero chance of winning, since most of my competitors are above 220 lbs of bodyweight. Anyone who knows anything about strength sports knows that body mass is a huge determining factor in performance. • So why do it? • I compete in this sport for 3 reasons: • 1️⃣ to demonstrate that small people can do similar things as big people. • 2️⃣ to inspire other smaller masters athletes, both men and women, to participate in hopes that the sport will evolve and incorporate lighter weight classes as those athletes increase registration revenue and therefore drive the evolution of the sport economically • 3️⃣ to have fun. • Yes, it’s obvious I’m focused and trying my best in this Hercules Hold, with 230 lbs in each hand. It’s an event I’ve never tried, nor did I train for. But you can hear the humor, the jokes, and the respect the community brings in response to seeing a small man stand against big men. • Everyone wins when you compete and enjoy yourself. • #betoptier #toptiercolumbia #evolvingathletics #strongman #strongmantraining #strongmancompetition #strongmancompetition #strongmancorporation #strongmansaturday #strength #strongwomancompetition #strongwomen #strong #strongnotskinny #strongwoman #fitness #strengthtraining #strengthandconditioning #strengthcoach #fitnessmotivation #fitnessjourney #functionaltraining #functionalfitness #crossfit

Our Field Strong Program through Evolving Athletics addresses the inherent risk on the field. • Lateral movement, and poor mechanics during high agility environments, are correlated with risk for catastrophic injury. • How many young athlete’s careers are cut short simply because they fail to properly prepare their bodies for the risk of their sport through off season strength and conditioning? • Don’t let this happen to you or your child! The female athletes often have even higher risks 🤔 • Schedule time with us after school to mitigate these risks and propel you to the leaderboard on your team! • #betoptier #toptiercolumbia #evolvingathletics #fieldhockey #softball #baseball #lacrosse #fitness #strengthtraining #strengthandconditioning #injuryprevention #injuryrecovery #athlete #athleticperformance #functionaltraining #volleyball #soccer #youthathleticdevelopment #youthathletes
