NIKE TEST & TRY 👟⚡️

Am Mittwoch hieß es gemeinsam Kilometer sammeln, testen & austauschen.

Bei unserem Test & Try konntet ihr den Nike Pegasus Plus 2 direkt auf der Strecke ausprobieren und euch selbst ein Bild vom Laufgefühl machen. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Bin immer noch hin und weg von Berlin 🥹

Einfach magisch… diese Stimmung, diese Energie und all die Gänsehaut-Momente 🥹

Berlin hat bei mir definitiv etwas ausgelöst ❤️

Ich habe in den letzten Tagen tatsächlich viel über den Lauf und meine bisherigen Ziele nachgedacht…

Vielleicht ist es an der Zeit, meine Ziele neu zu definieren. Nicht unbedingt höher, schneller, weiter, sondern vielleicht einfach Ziele, die sich noch mehr nach mir anfühlen…

Was für ein Erlebnis. Was für eine Stadt. Was für ein Marathon 🥹

Meine neuen Begleiter hatte ich euch vor ein paar Tagen schon kurz in der Story gezeigt. Jetzt bekommen sie noch ihren eigenen Platz hier. 🤎

Gerade nach dem Biken oder einem langen Tag freue ich mich darauf, in die OOahh Plus von @oofosdach zu schlüpfen. Sie fühlen sich unter den Füssen richtig weich an – und wie flexibel sie sind, musste ich natürlich gleich ausprobieren. 🙈 Schaut mal ins Video!

🥈Base-Trail @trailmarathonheidelberg || 21km 870m+/- || 1:49:57h || 5:15/km

Home race with my crew 🫶

Had to push hard from the beginning to follow @isabel_maria_on, but lost sight in the first climbs trying to pass slower runners of other races. Didn’t worry much, sine I wanted to close the gap again downhills or during the last traily 7k.

When that part started, I was 1:40min behind. I tried to close the gap, but felt a little lonely and my willingness to push didn’t really translate into an effective stride.

Overall, I felt happy about my strong legs despite being in the middle of a marathon prep. Proud of my fast pace along the Neckar (4:06) and being able to push harder than during my usual 5h efforts.

SOCKEN IN SANDALEN?
geht nur klar, wenn es @oofosdach Recovery Schuhe sind (& es draußen zu kalt für *ohne Socken* ist!)

@oofosdach hat mir letztes ihren Recovery Schuh zukommen lassen und ich bin ✨entzückt✨
mega bequem, ich bekomme keine blasen/ reibung wie bei anderen sandalen und sie scheinen echt zu wirken.
ich trage die Sandalen wirklich TÄGLICH, ob im Haus, zum Einkaufen oder ins Schwimmbad.
10/10 comfort und sie machen mich auch noch 2-3cm größer, was will man mehr?

btw, man darf socken in sandalen natürlich immer rocken ;) ich mache es ständig upsiii

Let’s train for my first triathlon together! 🫶🏼

I love trying new things, setting myself new challenges and doing things I’ve never done before. Because sometimes you don’t need to be good at something to start, you just need to be curious enough to try.

So here we go: my next challenge is the SGRAIL78 in Silvaplana next week! 😮‍💨😍
Swimming, gravel biking & trail running, definitely something completely new for me.

Maybe this is also your sign to pick something you’ve wanted to try for a while and just go for it. 💛

And if you’re feeling spontaneous: you can still sign up for SGRAIL until Sunday!

Recovery is part of the process.

I’ve been wearing my @oofosdach after training for a while now. At first, the soft feel was a bit unusual, but it didn’t take long to get used to it.

Now they’ve become part of my post workout routine. They’re really comfortable, the quality feels great and I also like the clean, simple design.

Post-ride recovery mode: activated. 👣

After a great evening ride, my feet get some extra attention with my new OOFOS. Still testing them out, but the comfort after training feels really good.
