Everything must come to and end. But that also means a new chapter will begin. Thank you to the people I’ve met on my journey. Thank you to all who’ve taught me lessons on the way. Because those lessons have helped to shape me. Farewell and thank you Arkansas and The University Cincinnati.

After no heighting at this meet last year I made a promise that I was gonna put in the work and trust the process. I knew it would pay off one day and it did. #trackandfieldlife #ncaa #highjump

🐗🏆Championship🏆🐗 What a weekend...proud of the team, proud of my guys, happy be a part of this amazing staff, and thankful for the support from the University. The Razorbacks had entires in 11 events, and we scored in all 11...for 73.5 points over the rest of the field.

Now back to work for the jumps and combined-events crew as we move on to the 2026 outdoor campaign...

(And thank you to my family for putting up with a stressed out and borderline crazy track coach during championship season 😂😂)

This competition was huge for me. Last year indoor nationals definitely didn't go my way. I’m glad I could bounce back this year. #ncaa#highjump #trackandfieldlife
