What a wonderful inaugural White Linen Night at the @thegunterhotel !

It was a night of culture and art! We were blessed to see some beautiful pieces by @libbytolm .

@musicalbridges had some talented musicians setting the vibes and elevating the environment.

THE FIT: I know a lot of people don’t like gifts, but I love carrying memories and the people I love most with me and physical reminders.

Yesterday I couldn’t be bothered to do my eye makeup, but threw together a little outfit and re-wore the #sanantonioartistdress - where I get to keep my friends with me. I also wore the cutest fringe brooch from @gio.dizurita , this vest of my dreams from @_.frivolous._ , a bandana from lord Huron with @coyotelovely and a necklace from @thenatalieruth

THE REAL HIGHLIGHTS: recently I’ve been able to spend much of my weekend time with friends that have become family. Some of my favorite parts are little moments where I watch them shine- like @andreajacobsonart taking the group photos (at the amazing show we went to) and charming everyone there.

🖼️ Someday I will own a piece by my incredible friend @evammarengosanchez - this was the closing of her most recent show, and every single piece made me feel something. They all spoke to San Antonio and feel so intimate and personal.

I had a little special moments that meant a lot like @kristinasalinas.art seeing a fashion piece and immediately knowing it would be right up my alley.

@monicaboschart always asking the deepest questions. This weekend I got to learn more about how tough @txsundwn is and hearing her backstory. I got to see @oonceoonce is a pro at glam makeup and I will forever want her purple hair.

Last night I walked into a non assuming door in the back of a speakeasy and entered an epic white linen party fashion event.

@monicaboschart was a star and did a live painting on stage during the event.

I love fashion and love these people and loved last night.

Also, are you all as obsessed with @joaoquiroz ‘s oil rig painting as I am? I swear I had a dream about it last night.

In February 2025 I went to a group art show and was immediately drawn to this piece by @manola_and_maria. They’re so incredibly talented. I could only hope to one day provide a musical accompaniment to their beautiful art.
This Friday, 8/7 they’re unveiling their first group art show from 6-9 pm at @ccaztlan. I’m honored to DJ the event with my friend of 20+ years @oonceoonce. Thank you ladies for the opportunity. I can’t wait for this mujeres powered night! ✨
