Last night, I had the pleasure of attending the exclusive opening celebration of CASEA 101 by the renowned multi-Michelin-starred Chef Yannick Alléno, ahead of its official opening today, October 19th! ✨

Located at the beautiful One&Only The Palm, this new waterfront destination brings the spirit of the French and Italian Riviera to Dubai, combining Mediterranean flavours, elegant surroundings and a relaxed seaside atmosphere.

Inspired by Italian coastal cuisine, the concept celebrates fresh seafood, seasonal Mediterranean ingredients and generous dishes designed for sharing, all through Chef Yannick Alléno’s culinary vision. 🍽️

From the beautiful waterfront setting to the warm atmosphere, I loved discovering this new destination during such a special evening.

What makes CASEA 101 particularly lovely is its concept of effortless seaside dining, from leisurely lunches and sunset moments to elegant dinners overlooking the marina.
