3 spreadsheets, 11 Airtable tabs, 4 Pinterest boards, and countless Notes app ramblings, but all I really needed was 1 guy to make 8.21.26 the best day of my life 💜
Marrying @joshfreedy surrounded by our favorite people is the day I’ve smiled most, and that’s really saying something after 3.5 years with him

So many more smiles and photos TK.

Well, now you know why I've been quiet on here the last month or so!

I got married to my best friend of 9 years on 9.5.2026 at Waterloo Village Historic State Park. It was an incredible day spent with family and friends, and man do I wish we could relive the whole thing all over again!

We had incredible weather all weekend, the ceremony was more beautiful than I could have imagined, the speeches were so meaningful, the band was freakin' electric, and the afterparty campfire was ~lit~

Mark and I owe the magic of the day to the support system around us that made this all possible, specifically both my parents and his, my sister, our wedding party, and the incredible vendors we found through this process.

✨If you are looking for a venue, florist, hair & makeup, band, or photographer for an upcoming event, please take note of the incredible team below:

💍: @waterloovillageweddings -- Our wedding planner/day-of coordinator, Nic, and his staff were nothing short of impeccable. They completely took the stress from the day, and the whole staff absolutely crushed it. Not to mention the beautiful, intentional spaces they've curated on site!

🌻: @savvybouquets -- I mean, have you seen those flowers?? Julie understood my vision, and then amplified it past my wildest dreams. Thank you, my friend!

💅💋: @kathleenbenjaminhmu -- These ladies made me look so beautiful but feel like "me" 💚. And my girls too!

🎸🎤: @silverarrowband -- Simply the best wedding band we've ever seen. They jammed and mixed and just absolutely ROCKED. We feel so lucky to have had such an amazing private concert!

📸: @opalandjayephoto -- Kate and her team were so professional and FUN. Kate had a clear creative vision and gave our large wedding party decisive, confident direction, while also being wonderful with the kids. She cracked jokes to capture authentic, unposed moments, and you can just tell that her team each truly love what they do. She was so genuine and made us all SO comfortable. She even told me how much fun she'd had out on the dance floor with us! But I mean... who didn't!! 😉

Arts & Culture are the lifeblood of Asbury Park. And I believe these historic buildings on the Asbury Park Boardwalk are crucial to our future here in our City by the Sea. Today is one step in that direction.
•
Many congratulations to the people who have had the vision to see through the noise and stay the course to ensure that Arts & Culture have a future in Asbury Park.
•
As someone who loves this City and all of its history—good and bad—I believe this will begin a new chapter in our unique story.
•
Thank you to the @newjerseyeda for seeing the vision for the future of Convention Hall and the Paramount Theater. Thank you to the Mayor John Moor and the Council for prioritizing the best interests of our City, and to Gary Mattola for his vision of Asbury Park becoming a place where Art, Music, and History live.

Here’s to the next chapter. ❤️ A win for Arts & Culture and Asbury Park
