Your wine country getaway starts before you even leave the building🍷

Stay at The Dundee Hotel and spend the day exploring the tasting rooms just steps from your room, including Le Cadeau Tasting Room, North Valley Vineyards, and La Biblioteca Wine. When you’re ready for a bite, head downstairs to Wooden Heart Kitchen before strolling to even more wineries, shops, and local favorites throughout downtown Dundee.

The hardest part? Deciding where to sip first.

Great wine begins with extraordinary care - for the vineyard, for the craft and for the people behind every harvest.

That spirit is at the heart of every ¡Salud! Cuvée, where each bottle supports the vineyard stewards and families who make Oregon wine country thrive.

Open Claim Vineyards proudly supports the ¡Salud! mission through a deep respect for the land, meticulous craftsmanship and an enduring investment in the people who care for the vines.

As a valued member of the Vintners Circle, Open Claim brings that commitment to life with a cuvée that reflects both place and purpose.

Nestled in the Chehalem Mountains, the estate is guided by sustainable farming and intentional stewardship, producing wines that express the unique character of their vineyard while supporting a stronger future for the community that surrounds it.

This year's 2025 ¡Salud! Cuvée Pinot Noir is crafted from an exceptional selection of estate-grown barrels, revealing vibrant fruit, graceful balance and remarkable depth - a true reflection of the vineyard, the vintage and the people behind it.

This exclusive cuvée will be available during the Summertime ¡Salud! E-Auction this July!

Every bid directly supports accessible healthcare services for Oregon's vineyard workers and their families - making each bottle an investment in both exceptional Pinot Noir and a healthier wine community.

During photoshoots for our clients, we try to stay out of the way and let the photographers do their thing (they ARE the experts, right?), but during last Summer’s photoshoot for @dundeehotel, Michele’s dress was just begging to canoodle with the beautiful Open Claim Vineyards label, with its copper embossing and sage green pattern. Thanks to @kelseychance and @yogawineandagoodtime for humoring our Creative Director, and letting her color & texture dreams come true for this one shot! Seriously, we love it so much!
