Honoring the great master teacher @krishnakaur for our first B Elevated Now portal activation of the year. It was such a blessing to see her receive the B Elevated Exceptional Women in Leadership Award. Her life journey is an inspiration to us all to be of greater service to our fellow humans.
May the long time sun shine upon her. All Love surround her. And (may) the pure Light within her, guide her way on. Sat Nam

As founder and CEO of B Elevated and as COO of B Elevated Empress Angelique and myself (Sankofa) would like to give thanks to all who showed up to support, celebrate and elevate with us on this journey. I had a vision of how I wanted Cozy Third Place to feel and while you plan life, life has other plans for you.
Instead of having months to curate the space , I had 2 weeks to put it all together. I remember how anxious I was that everything is not as perfect as I had thought but I told myself, the space can evolve. After all, the community will help me mold the space. I definitely succeeded in making it a safe, peaceful haven with good vibes. Fast-forward to being in business for 3 months, I am so excited to share this new look! I want to give a shoutout and heartfelt thanks to my collaboration partners, without whose love, care and effort, this would not have been possible..

Befriending the Shadow at Open Heart Studios
November 9 🕊️✨
This month, we dive into the theme of Befriending the Shadow, creating a safe space to explore and embrace every part of ourselves with love and acceptance. Doors open at 12 PM to settle in, connect, and get comfortable, with the journey starting at 1 PM. 🌸

Move inward with a grounding meditation and mindful breathwork, creating a space of peace and acceptance as you deepen your connection to self.

❤️ Heart Activation & Movement
Flow into heart-centered movement, freeing up energy and releasing any resistance with compassion and self-love.

🍃 Elixir & Sound Healing
Receive a nourishing elixir to open your heart and enjoy a soothing Sound Healing session, bringing your practice full circle and leaving you feeling whole and restored.

🫂 Reflection & Sharing Circle
Share insights and reflections in our safe, supportive circle, honoring each journey and building a deeper sense of community.

4:00 PM - Tea Lounge & Social Hour 🫖
Stay afterward for tea, relaxed conversations, and community connection in our cozy tea lounge. Our facilitators will also be available for private sessions.
