Most people will experience trauma in their lifetime, whether it’s a car accident, abuse or neglect, the sudden death of a loved one, a violent criminal act, exposure to war violence, or a natural disaster.

While many people can recover from trauma over time with the love and support of family and friends and bounce back with resiliency, others may discover the effects of lasting trauma, which can cause a person to live with deep emotional pain, fear, confusion, or posttraumatic stress far after the event has passed.

With the Trauma Bootcamp My Self and a Few Other Amazing Professionals will join together to share our expertise, and change lives one conversation at a time.

Share this post with a friend, so we can reach all who need our assistance.

Are You Ready to move into the New Year Keeping Promises.

Lets Start By Keeping your first promise of the day.

The first promise all of us make to ourselves every day is what time we're going to get up. And you know what? A large majority of us break that promise. The alarm goes off. You hit snooze. And without even meaning to, you've already started the day on the wrong foot. You made a promise the night before that you decided not to keep.

Have you ever asked yourself why can’t you keep a simple promise.

Do you realize that patterns of commitment starts small.

Get in the habit of practicing making a promise to yourself and keeping it.

This is about more than just "waking up." This is about the habit.
