Here is something new @cypressfallsswimminghole Join us for a relaxed Community SEVA Yoga gathering every Thursday at 8:00 AM at Cypress Falls in Wimberley, Texas. Starts March 26th!

SEVA means selfless service, and this offering is simply about coming together to move, breathe, and connect as a community. Everyone is welcome—locals, visitors, beginners, and experienced yogis alike.
Each week we’ll choose a beautiful spot to practice—either on the top deck overlooking the creek or in the grass near the water.

There is a $2 entry fee for Cypress Falls to access the creek area.

Yoga itself is donation-based if you feel called to contribute, but there is absolutely no pressure. This is about community connection, not cost.

Come move, breathe, and connect with the Wimberley community in a peaceful outdoor setting.

Weekly on Thursday• 8:00 AM

EVENT CANCELLED, Stay tune for next Event date

Celebrate Spring with Open Space Yoga at Cypress Falls Swimming Hole!
Yin Yoga + Sound Bath, rooftop 6:30pm-8:30pm.
☯️🧘‍♀️☀️🌙

"Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga , incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality."
"Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release. Ideally, a hypnotic, meditative or theta brainwave state is created which allows access to deeper levels of inner wisdom and healing".
Come early and grab a drink or take a dip in the creek.
Bring your own mat, water, sunscreen, or anything else you might like to have with you.
See you there
