Fun match last night at PSA in Denver! Had a pretty solid night overall, but still a lot to work on and improve! Thanks to @operationalmorons for putting on a great match!

First Major match in the books, and for competing with a bum knee, I’ll take it. Had 3 goals in mind looking at scores leading up to sunday. Place top 50 in Carry Optics, place top 150 Overall, and be under 200 seconds overall, and hit the nail on the head on all of them. Took 45th in CO, 120 Overall, and finished at 198.04 seconds. Overall great experience!
Shoutout @frogsannin for the footage!!

A month since blowing my knee out, taking time off from shooting, pretty much spraining my wrist, and still somehow came back and took 3rd place, i moved slower than i normally would so i cost myself on time but otherwise felt pretty good. Next stop is the Carolina Classic so we’ll see 🤷🏻‍♂️

Keeping the ball rolling with a very successful match with @operationalmorons in the books! Spent the last three days doing a lot of training with a new gun and belt setup and man that @czusafirearms TS2 orange is killer! Still have a lot to work with as I mistakenly messed up a target engagement and pushed a little too hard on the classifier. Overall I’m happy with the progress and ready to continue to improve and push myself. Coming in 4th overall and taking the win for Limited optics tells me the fundamentals and speed is there but now I just have to polish up some skills and move to the next level!!

OPMO USPSA 10-05-26. Great time, great match! Ended up 7th overall and shot an A class classifier (First clip). Pretty solid since I haven’t shot in a few months!

Another great match with @operationalmorons . I’m not the most consistent shooter. I’ve just been trying to get the reps in and hoping that I can learn something every match. I often bomb the first stage and I spoke with @gil_fortitude_consulting about this. He said don’t say that to yourself. Just think you know you need to improve on the first stage every time. Thanks for the advice homie🤙🏼. I’m a glass half empty guy 😂. This match wasn’t my best but it was the first time I have ever finished with an A Class Classifier. This was that run. I told myself just push speed and slow down when you need to and get your hits. I often push speed too much and sling misses. Then I try to slow down and I go too slow and over confirm my target and kill my HF. Again inconsistency is my flaw. This run felt like I found a good pace and I went fast when I needed to and slowed down at the right moments and didn’t rush my shots. Finished 10th overall on this classifier so I was pretty happy with that. It’s the little wins that add up. 7.68 - 12 A - 2 C

Last night @operationalmorons competition. Getting a better footing when it comes to stage planning. Still have lots of work to do. But I am loving this sport and being surrounded by such great people supporting me and teaching me every time I step into the range.

@scottrgoodman got me on this stage but it doesn’t count cause he was shooting PCC…

Another successful match in the books! Absolutely messed up stage 2 (my first stage) but brought it back for the rest of them. I feel a lot better with my performance and excited to continue down the path of improving. Finally had a solid classifier run to add to the list of crawling out of C class. Big thanks to the homies for the added support and continuing to push me!

Another training night tonight with @operationalmorons . Worked on “El Prez” and another classifier. I decided I was really going to push myself and see how fast I could go while still hitting paper. I honestly surprised myself at times. Apparently I surprised @tha704sasquatch also at the end 😂. Overall a great night and I even got a “Good Job” from @twan_wick instead of another insult about how ugly I am 🤣🤣🤣

First match back in a year and it was a blast! Definitely have a lot to work on so I can keep improving. As per usual I forgot to record a stage. Overall the @operationalmorons match was a great success and happy to finally be hosting matches on home field!!
