2025 adalah tahun di mana gue memulai arc baru dalam hidup gue. Hampir 10 tahun gue merintis, belajar, jatuh, bangkit lagi, sampai di titik yang ninggalin trauma. Tapi 2025 ngasih gue kesempatan baru. Ketemu orang-orang baru, terkoneksi lagi dengan yang lama. Punya waktu lebih banyak buat anak, istri, dan keluarga. Berani solo trip ke Bangkok, naik panggung Ideafest, sampai berdiri di Citra Parawira. sesuatu yang dulu gak pernah gue bayangin. 2025 ngasih gue rasa: progress, kehangatan, pesan, dan urgensi hidup. Walau satu tahun itu singkat, gue bersyukur bisa ada di titik ini di akhir 2025. Semoga 2026 membawa perjalanan karier baru, tantangan baru, dan hubungan keluarga yang makin erat dan bertumbuh. At this point I can say that I went too much but at the same time I would like to say that the biggest win in this year is winning over myself 😅 I was insulted and like to ask myself whenever people called me “Pak, oke Pak” until I realize that I couldn’t use my pants anymore (Take a look at the second slides hahaha) Never thought would really enjoy this thing since I was thinking that running is boring, turns out that’s the best way to practice your patience lol Good event, good people, good spirit, good environment, Alhamdulillah. Let’s do at least 25kms next year, even though I got cramp at 13kms at this event 💨 😎🙏🏻

Majestic journey and scenery of Mt. Bromo ⛰️ It was sad, tired, fun, happy, and enjoy at the same time. It was also my first approximately 600kms drive (without sleepy feeling, certified truck driver 😎) and my first 10K race after 3-4 months into running. Never really thought that I would enjoy mountains and going outside since I’ve locked myself for a long time, turns out I love to meet new people, travel, reunite with friend, and challenges. virgin HM virgin TrailRun race 25K pertama langsung di trail. latihan rutin hampir setiap hari selama 3 bulan kebelakang supaya bisa muterin bromo. sayangnya finish lewat dari cot 2 menit aja. banyak kejadian dari km 5 kena macet 30 menit di elevasi pertama, km 6 kena cramp karena harus ngerem pas downhill soalnya orang di depan pelan banget. bawa pisang dari WS niat mau dimakan sambil jalan malah jatoh di pasir, sampe bengong 5 menitan di 1km terakhir. mantap @broder_50

Mandoors, band neo-psychedelia asal Semarang ini merilis single terbaru mereka dengan tajuk “Semestinya” setelah sebelumnya telah secara konsisten merilis empat single secara berturut mulai November tahun lalu. Single kelima dari Mandoors ini telah rilis secara digital pada 12 Mei lewat label (yang juga) berasal dari Semarang: HILLS @hills_co dan merupakan focus track alias lagu yang menjadi favorit pada album terbarunya nanti. Sementara, format full-albumnya akan dirilis baik dalam bentuk digital maupun rilisan fisik pada Juni nanti disusul dengan serangkaian music video dan promo tour.
