This is bigger than me.

These faces are why I keep creating spaces where people can connect, be heard, laugh, reflect, heal, dream and believe again.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧’ 𝐔𝐩? isn’t just a question.

It’s an invitation to be honest.

Because everybody is carrying something.

And everybody deserves to know:

Behind every great production is an incredible team.

This project was a true collaboration, and we’re grateful to everyone who brought their talent, creativity, and dedication to the table. From pre-production planning to the final shot, every crew member played an important role in making this vision a reality.

A special thank you to The Foundation for Sickle Cell Disease Research @fscdr for trusting our team to help tell these important stories. It’s an honor to partner with an organization that’s making such a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families affected by sickle cell disease.

To our producers, camera operators, photographers, audio team, production assistants, editors, coordinators, and every person who worked behind the scenes thank you for your professionalism, passion, and commitment to excellence. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Here’s to creating stories that inform, inspire, and make a lasting impact.

Dine Out Lauderdale Kick-Off 2026 🎉🍽️

Congratulations to @visitlauderdale on another outstanding kickoff event!

It was a wonderful afternoon celebrating the people, partnerships, and hospitality that make our Ft. Lauderdale community so special! 💛⭐️☀️

From the beautiful setting at @oceanprimefortlauderdale to the delicious bites by @delmarfortlauderdale and the incredible entertainment by @rozzparker, every detail made for a memorable celebration.

One of the highlights for me was reconnecting with friends, colleagues, and many of the professionals I’ve had the privilege of working alongside throughout the year, including the amazing team at @visitlauderdale.

I’m always grateful for opportunities to collaborate with organizations and individuals who are so passionate about showcasing everything our community has to offer.

This reel is a little behind-the-scenes look filled with great conversation, selfies, familiar faces, and wonderful memories.

Here’s to supporting our local restaurants, celebrating our hospitality community, and making new memories throughout Dine Out Lauderdale-
Starts August 1st! ❤️

Happy Birthday to ME! 🥂🎉

First, thank you for all the birthday love that’s already been pouring in. The texts, phone calls, messages, posts, gifts… I feel every bit of it. Love y’all.

50! 😮 Whew… saying that out loud still feels a little wild.

I made myself a promise as I stepped into this new chapter: not just to celebrate myself, but to allow the people who love me to celebrate me too. That’s been harder than it should be. I’m usually the one planning, giving, pouring into everyone else. This year, I’m receiving too.

One thing turning 50 has made crystal clear is this: when you realize there’s more life behind you than ahead of you, you stop wasting time.

You cut the baggage.
You cut the extra.
You cut anything—or anyone—that isn’t fully on your team.

You become ruthless about protecting your peace, your purpose, your joy, and your time.

I’m editing my story with intention now. Keeping what adds value. Letting go of what doesn’t. Making room for bigger dreams, deeper love, richer experiences, stronger friendships, better health, more abundance, and a life that feels as good as it looks.

I honestly believe I’m walking into the most beautiful season of my life—in every area.

So thank you for walking with me this far. Whether you’ve been here for years or just recently found your way into my world, I’m grateful.

Now…Watch what I do next. 💕

Made a cameo in @handsoftimeshortfilm at the @slfilmpremiere. The team was kind to squeeze me on the poster since I swept up the set a couple times. All the teams’ films kill’t it that night. Blessed to be part of the process ✨🎬🕰️
