October 12, 2026: all the pretty things at @optimisthallclt in Charlotte, NC!!!

Gorgeous selection of fun gifts at @archerpaper , delicious Indian Street food at @botiwallacharlotte (need to check out the DC location with friends so that I can try more dishes), a fun cocktail at @thebaratoptimisthall AND just generally a very pleasing decor.

One of the sad things about solo traveling as a food lover is not being able to share food.

Last day in Charlotte, NC. Decided to explore the Optimist Hall before hitting the road back to Savannah, GA! This is a foodie’s paradise!

Next time I go to Charlotte, I have to go eat some more food at the Hall the first day I get there 😂.

Wanna grab drinks this week? 🧛🏻‍♀️🍸

@pollyannasbar at @optimisthallclt is getting into the Halloween spirit with their Creatures of the Night pop up & if you’re looking for a fun night out with GOOD drinks, add this place to your list!

Running through October 31, ‘Creatures of the Night’ features four vampire-inspired cocktails and every single one is worth trying🩸Plus, they have an $8 spin-the-wheel shot where you find out how you’d kill a vampire: fire, sunlight or a stake ⚰️

I need someone to try the Vampire Repellant and tell me what they think because… garlic-infused vodka, vermouth, onion brine + sour cream & onion chips?! 🧄😭 I respect the commitment to the theme

📍 Pollyanna’s | Optimist Hall
🕓 Mon-Fri open at 4p, Sat-Sun open at 12p
🗓️ Through October 31

Charlotte has no shortage of spooky pop ups this season & this is one I’d strongly recommend for the drinks alone. Who’s going with you? 👀

Mother Nature must’ve taken our frosé bribe to cool those temps down! This weekend has given us a sneak peek of prime pozole verde weather. 🍂

Our soup is slow-cooked with chicken, hominy, and tomatillo broth, then topped with habanero slaw, radish, and cilantro.

Spoons and @dlvtortillas corn chips are included. 😉🤤
