Some mornings remind you exactly why you fell in love with running. Today was one of them! The weather was perfect, the energy was unmatched, and the run was everything we needed. 🤗😍 #pacersrunningja #runclub #runningcommunity #family #jamaicajamaica

One very important evening of RCSA Fellowship. There is no other club that does Fellowship like RCSA 😉.

This was some time ago in February after a intense Club Assembly. We work hard and play even harder.

Happy Rotary Fellowship Month

This is how we end polio.

From vaccine coolers to health workers traveling miles by bicycle... from marking each child's pinky to marking each home with chalk... this is the on-the-ground work that saves lives.

💜 YOUR TURN: The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation matches every $1 you donate 2-to-1. That means your $50 becomes $150 in polio protection.

👉 Donate now and be part of history. Let's end polio in our lifetime.

400 MILLION children. Every. Single. Year. 💉

Let that number sink in. That's 400 million futures protected. 400 million families who don't have to fear polio.

But we must keep going until that number includes EVERY child, everywhere. 🌏✨

💙 #CheckInChallenge 💙

As Hurricane Melissa approaches, let’s not just prepare our homes — let’s prepare our hearts.

Take a minute today to reach out to three people — a friend, family member, or neighbour — and simply ask, “How are you holding up?”

A little care goes a long way in a storm. 🌧️
Together, we keep the community strong.
