Thank you Dr. Brent for keeping our community moving and engaged and meeting each one at their individual levels! Ball tossing is a simple, low-cost activity that improves hand-eye coordination, quickens reaction times, and builds core and upper body strength. Mentally, tracking and catching a ball stimulates the brain, enhances focus, and supports neuroplasticity, making it a favorite tool in physical and occupational therapy #upnoutsocialclub #supportivefriends #socializationsaveslives #supportivecommunity #disabiltyawareness #socializationmatters #groupoccupationaltherapy

What you do in the gym is only part of the equation.
Recovery. Hormones. Optimization. That’s the next level.

Here’s a quick breakdown of peptides being talked about in the fitness world 👇

⚠️ Do your research
⚠️ Talk to professionals
⚠️ Train first. Optimize second

Real results come from consistency, not shortcuts.

Today hearing everyone sharing their faith in Jesus was deeply personal and moving. Thank you to everyone who shared a piece of their heart and their testimony of God’s goodness and faithfulness in their lives. We reflected on Romans 8:28 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Thank you to Ed for playing music for us and to everyone who chose to come and share their faith with everyone. Most of all thank you Jesus for your faithfulness and goodness. #faithmovesmountains #supportivecommunity

It was such a beautiful day to to share thoughts, journal and reflect on the Bible Verse Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.” We also did some strength exercises and reflex exercises with Optimize Mobile PT’s Dr Brent, had fun catching up and eating lunch together as well as play with our clubhouse fur baby Lana. #upnoutsocialclub #supportivefriends #faithsharing #furryfriends Expressive writing activates the prefrontal cortex (executive control) while calming the amygdala (threat detection), improving emotional regulation, according to research. Journaling helps externalize and process intense emotions, freeing up mental energy and improving how the brain stores memories.
