With Optimum Financial Services & Optimum Tax In The Lead, Your Financial Success Is Guaranteed! We've MOVED to 389 Waller Ave, Ste 130, Lexington, KY

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🏆 FROM $125K TO A PROJECTED $3 MILLION IN REVENUE! And we’re not about to let unnecessary taxes eat up that growth! 💰

One of our Lexington, KY construction clients, serving residential and commercial customers, is projected to hit $3 MILLION in revenue this year!

We’ve handled his payroll since 2019, took over his QuickBooks bookkeeping in 2025, and now we’re implementing multiple year-end tax strategies that are projected to save him OVER $90,000 in federal taxes! 👏🏾

💎 Here’s one gem from our tax-planning playbook: The Augusta Rule.

Under IRS Section 280A(g), a homeowner can generally rent their home for fewer than 15 days per year without reporting that rental income on their federal return.

When properly structured, a business may deduct reasonable rent paid for legitimate business meetings at the owner’s home. That means potential tax savings with the right documentation, fair-market rental rates, and business purpose!

And THIS is why we stay in our clients’ QuickBooks year-round. We aren’t waiting until tax season to figure out what opportunities they missed! 👀

We don’t just clean up books. We help construction companies protect profits, stay compliant, and build businesses that can HANDLE growth! 🏆

📲 Know a construction business owner making six or seven figures who’s still treating tax planning like an April activity? SHARE THIS WITH THEM!

My boy showed UP. 🏈🔥

200 yards. 2 touchdowns. A rivalry game. AND made the WKYT news. 👀📺

Win or lose, moments like this remind me that the work is showing. Braellin kept fighting, found the end zone twice, and made his presence known when his team needed it.

And seeing #17 on WKYT and his name being recognized by the Georgetown News-Graphic? Yeahhhh, this mama is PROUD. 💚🤍

This is only the beginning. Keep working. Keep producing. Keep giving them something to talk about.

My Next Car Loading 😉

I thought $100K meant I had officially MADE IT. 😂💰 Baby, $100K was when I realized I had more to learn.

Here’s what nobody explained:

💎 Revenue can grow while your business gets financially weaker. If your expenses are growing faster than your sales, congratulations… you scaled your overhead.

💎 Growth can create a cash shortage. More customers can mean more payroll, materials, software and operating costs TODAY while the money from those sales doesn’t hit until later.

💎 Your first $100K can hide bad decisions. Strong sales can temporarily cover underpricing, unnecessary subscriptions, poor hiring and money leaks. You usually notice them when revenue slows down.

That’s why I stopped being impressed by revenue alone.

I want to know: What did you KEEP? What did it COST you to make it? And can you do it again without running yourself into the ground? 👀

Making $100K is cute. 💅🏾
Building a business that knows what to DO with $100K is the flex. 🏆@rollsroyce

AI is changing bookkeeping FAST… but here’s the gem business owners need to understand: automation is not the same thing as accounting. 🤖📚

I LOVE technology. I use it, I recommend it, and QuickBooks is still my #1 recommendation for most small businesses. But I would never tell a business owner to turn on automation and stop reviewing the books. That’s where expensive mistakes can start. 👀

AI can read receipts, suggest categories, match transactions, identify patterns, and speed up repetitive work. But AI only knows the information and patterns it has available. It doesn’t always know the STORY behind the transaction.

💎 BIZ BESTIE GEM: A transaction can be mathematically correct and still be accounting wrong.

That $15,000 payment could be equipment, an expense, a loan payment, an owner transaction, or something that needs to be allocated between accounts. Put it in the wrong place and your Profit & Loss may still look nice while your Balance Sheet, depreciation, taxable income, or job profitability is wrong.

And reconciliation? Clicking “match” is NOT the same as reconciling. Your ending bank or credit card balance needs to tie to the statement, while duplicates, missing transactions, transfers, uncleared items, and beginning balances are reviewed.

That’s why I teach: let AI do the repetitive work and let accounting expertise do the thinking. 🏆

Technology should make your accounting professional more efficient, not make professional judgment unnecessary.

Automate the task. Verify the numbers. Understand the story. THEN make the business decision. 💰📊

Not every storm was sent to destroy you… some came to expose what needed to GO. 🙌🏾✨

As a business owner, I’ve learned that some of my hardest seasons gave me my BEST lessons.

Some storms exposed the wrong partnerships.
Some exposed weak systems.
Some showed me where I needed better boundaries.
Some forced me to stop doing business out of emotion and start making decisions from wisdom. 💯

And some things I thought I was “losing” were actually making room for what God was trying to send me next. 🙏🏾

So now when life starts shifting, I don’t automatically ask, “Why is this happening TO me?”

I ask, “What is this trying to TEACH me?”

Because sometimes the storm isn’t the setback…

It’s the cleanup before the NEXT LEVEL. 🏆✨

Busy? Absolutely.
Tired? Some days, exhausted.
Stopping? Not even an option. 💯

Because when you’re building something bigger than yourself, every day will not feel glamorous. Some days you’re motivated. Other days you’re running on prayer, discipline, and the vision God placed inside of you.

But here’s the gem: pushing forward does not mean ignoring burnout. It means learning how to rest without quitting, delegate without guilt, and build systems so everything does not depend on you.

I’ve had seasons where I carried too much because I thought being strong meant doing it all. Now I know real leadership is building a business that can still move when I need a moment to breathe.

Rest when necessary. Reset when needed. Ask for help. Protect your peace.

Just don’t abandon the vision because today feels heavy.

Winners get tired too. We just learn how to recover and keep building. 🏆💛

What keeps you moving on the days you feel tired? Drop it below.

Some people think you’re tired because you’re not built for business.

You’re tired because you’ve been carrying a business that should be supported by systems.

Too many business owners are the CEO, accountant, HR department, marketer, project manager, customer service rep, and janitor all at the same time. Then they wonder why they’re exhausted.

I’ve been there.

That’s why I don’t just help business owners make more money. I help them build businesses that don’t require them to sacrifice their peace to be successful.

A profitable business should give you more freedom, not more burnout.

At Winners Circle Business Solutions, we help you:
✔️ Build systems that save you time.
✔️ Get your finances organized.
✔️ Create profitable strategies.
✔️ Stay compliant year-round.
✔️ Stop surviving and start scaling.

Because the goal isn’t to build a business you’re constantly trying to escape.

It’s to build one you’re proud to own.

If your business is draining you more than it’s rewarding you, it’s time to change the way you build it.

Comment TIRED or send me a DM. Let’s create systems that work just as hard as you do.

Dear Me,

Thank you for not giving up when nobody clapped.
Thank you for choosing healing over bitterness.
Thank you for believing in the vision before anyone else could see it.

I’m learning to love every version of you…
The one who struggled.
The one who cried.
The one who doubted.
And especially the one who kept going.

Because she built the woman I’m becoming today.

The destination is beautiful, but I’m finally learning to fall in love with the journey too. 🤎✨

If you’re learning to love yourself through every season, this is your reminder:
Be proud of how far you’ve come, even if you’re not where you’re going yet. 🤍

This fits your voice much more closely because it positions you as the trusted expert, acknowledges the pain, and sells the transformation—not just bookkeeping.

🚩 Most business owners don’t have a revenue problem… they have a cash flow visibility problem.

I’ve seen businesses doing $1M+ in sales struggle to make payroll, while smaller businesses with the right systems consistently build wealth.

The difference isn’t how much money comes in.
It’s knowing where every dollar goes.

After nearly 20 years of helping business owners rebuild their finances, I’ve learned that cash flow problems leave clues long before they become emergencies.

That’s exactly what I help my clients find.

✅ Hidden profit leaks
✅ Pricing mistakes
✅ Slow-paying customers
✅ Overspending that’s quietly draining cash
✅ Reports that tell you what to do next—not just what already happened

I don’t just hand you financial statements and wish you luck.

I walk beside you, teach you what your numbers are saying, help you make confident decisions, and build systems that keep your business profitable year-round.

That’s the Winners Circle difference. 👑

👉 Swipe through these red flags, then comment “CASHFLOW” if you’re ready to stop guessing and start leading your business with confidence.

We’re not waiting for a seat at anyone’s table.

God didn’t give us a vision to compete for a chair in someone else’s room.

He called us to build the building.

Every “no” becomes a blueprint.
Every setback becomes a strategy.
Every closed door becomes confirmation that we’re called to create something of our own.

While some people wait for opportunities…
Winners create them. 👑

So keep the invitation.

We’ll keep building businesses, creating opportunities, and leaving legacies that outlive us.

If you’ve been waiting on permission, this is your sign to stop.

Build it anyway. 🏗️🏆

Drop a 🔥 if you’re building something bigger than yourself.

📚 Bookkeeping isn’t frustrating because it’s hard… it’s frustrating because nobody ever taught you how to do it correctly.

After nearly 20 years in accounting, I’ve learned that most business owners don’t have an income problem… they have a systems problem.

💎 Here are a few gems:

✔️ If you don’t reconcile your accounts every month, your numbers are only a guess.
✔️ Your Profit & Loss tells you if you’re making money. Your Balance Sheet tells you if you’re building wealth. You need both.
✔️ Waiting until tax season to organize your books almost always costs more in missed deductions, cleanup fees, and unnecessary stress.
✔️ Good bookkeeping isn’t just for taxes. It helps you price your services, improve cash flow, qualify for financing, and make smarter business decisions.
✔️ Every hour you’re buried in bookkeeping is an hour you’re not growing your business.

Your books should give you confidence, not anxiety.

If your bookkeeping feels overwhelming, that’s a sign your business has outgrown your current system, not that you’ve failed.

💬 Which frustration hits home the most: 1️⃣ Guessing your numbers, 2️⃣ Understanding reports, 3️⃣ Tax season stress, 4️⃣ Finding time for bookkeeping, or 5️⃣ All of the above? Drop the number in the comments!

📩 Ready to finally understand your numbers and build a business that runs on facts instead of guesswork? Send me a DM with BOOKS and let’s get your foundation right.
