This past week, Brother Polemarch Patterson II, serving as a Presidential Ambassador for Florida A&M University, represented the University and the School of Business & Industry (SBI) in South Florida, recruiting and connecting with prospective Rattlers at Palm Beach Lakes High School and Antioch Missionary Baptist Church of Miami.

In his role as a Presidential Ambassador, Brother Patterson had the opportunity to speak with students about the academic, professional, and career opportunities offered through FAMU’s School of Business & Industry. He also provided high school seniors with valuable advice and insight on the college application process, sharing what it takes to make FAMU their future home. 🧡💚

Through leadership, mentorship, and service, Brother Patterson continues to represent both the University and our chapter with distinction, reaching back to guide the next generation toward The Highest of Seven Hills.

This summer, Brother Polemarch Oronde Patterson II, a Spr’25 initiate, is currently serving as an Embark Intern with KPMG in Chicago, Illinois.

As an Embark Intern, Brother Patterson is gaining exposure to KPMG’s Audit, Tax, and Advisory service lines through structured rotations and professional development. He is collaborating with KPMG professionals and fellow scholars to strengthen his business decision making, expand his professional network, and contribute to a capstone project.

During this experience, Brother Patterson has learned the “importance of networking, and how to set yourself apart in the corporate environment as a young black professional.”

Best wishes, Good Brother, and continue to achieve in all of your endeavors ✋🏾✋🏾✋🏾!

Achievement. Leadership. Brotherhood.

We are proud to recognize Brother Oronde Patterson II and Brother Earl Hankerson IV for representing our chapter at the 2026 Kappa Alpha Psi Undergraduate Leadership Institute (ULI).

Out of more than 500 applicants, they were selected as 2 of only 96 undergraduate brothers from over 12 provinces and 86 chapters across the Fraternity to participate in this prestigious leadership experience.

Throughout the week, the brothers engaged in professional development workshops, strengthened their leadership skills, fellowshipped with brothers from across the country, and participated in corporate visits with industry-leading organizations, including Honeywell. Together, the 96 brothers amassed an incredible 4,200 collective classroom hours dedicated to growth, excellence, and achievement.

The Undergraduate Leadership Institute continues to develop the next generation of leaders committed to the ideals of Kappa Alpha Psi. We commend Brothers Patterson and Hankerson for their dedication to personal growth and for representing our chapter with distinction.
