No-Gi Pans 2026 🥇
Words can not even describe how I feel right now. I’ve made the podium for no-gi majors before, but I’ve never gotten 1st place, especially at this level of competition.
I had 3 matches, won the first one on points and the next two matches by submission. I did sign up for absolute and went 1-1. Super proud of my performance.

I always love when I get to compete alongside my teammates, and watching @oraintubbs and @chief_lots_a_feathersbjj helped me get focused and ready. They went out and did awesome, inspiring me in my matches.

The biggest shoutout ever to literally everyone at @tpc_bjj_mma that helped get me ready for this. I wouldn’t have been on top without them.

@yjjsbrand helping me look super cool while on top of the podium 😤

More goals and more work to be done.
On to the next!

Jiu-Jitsu Con 2026 🙂‍↕️
I’m very proud and grateful after this tournament.
I went 1-1 in gi which wasn’t enough to make the podium. Then I continued the streak and went 1-1 in my no gi weight class, and 1-1 in the no gi open weight. 3-3 overall isn’t how I hoped the weekend would go but we’re getting there.

The only thing that’s just as fun as competing is watching my teammates and friends compete. And it doesn’t matter what their outcome was because they all crushed it. Seeing everyone go out there and give it everything they had is incredible and inspiring.
(My bestie @selenayazminb obviously got second because shes a bad b like that)

Finally got to spend some actual time with the @yjjsbrand team after having to miss dang near every event together and I had an absolute blast. Super grateful for every one of them.
All together this is probably the best time I’ve had at this tournament.

On to the next!

TO ALL MY MASTER 4 WARRIORS—

Today is the youngest we’ll ever be, and the oldest we’ve ever been. Every moment is a gift, so what are we doing with it?

We’re doctors, attorneys, engineers, entrepreneurs, and successful business owners in our daily lives, but we still choose to get on these mats and test ourselves. Skill vs. skill. Will vs. will.

Whether you’ve won Majors, Internationals, World Titles or you’ve never won a match at all but still show up…I commend you. Because you show up to be the man in the arena.

Stay strong. Stay focused. Stay healthy.
See y’all back in Vegas for Worlds.

@ibjjf Houston No/Gi Open this weekend. Thanks to @oraintubbs who stepped up to do the Open Class with me!
He gave up about 2 or 3yrs and 100lbs to do the Open Class with me showing what an absolute true warrior and competitor he is!
His experience and technique kept me from finishing any type of submission or scoring any REAL points and so it was only by Referee decision that I got the Gold Medal, IMO we both really Won by still getting out there at our age!
Plus;
Professor @tiomiltongbjj got the quick 39 second Win and Gold, then @carlinhos733 had a battle to also bring home Gold for @gbsouthcollege & the @graciebarra team as a whole.
I was back at it this morning, another great Competition Class with @wrm_tx and Sam (Who I can’t tag because he hasn’t had IG since he was 11🤣) where I had the honor of receiving my 2nd Stripe on my Purple from one of the best in the World, Thank You again Professor for your patience😜 excellent training and support!
Finally, I wanted to thank everyone else who shows up consistently to train because regardless if you’re doing it as a Hobby, for Self Defense, or just to get into shape etc. when “YOU” show up it helps the whole team here be better!
BJJ is my Therapy!
