Unpopular Hermès opinion: I’d choose the Mini Bolide over the Mini Kelly.

There. I said it.

Yes, the Mini Kelly is more coveted. Yes, it has the higher resale value. And yes, the internet will probably tell me I’m wrong.

But here’s the thing…

I don’t buy handbags for the resale market or the hype. I buy them to actually carry them.

When I take away the hype, the “holy grail” status and the resale value, I personally find the Mini Bolide more practical, more secure AND more enjoyable to use.

In fact, I reach for my Mini Bolides way more than my Mini Kellys because I simply ENJOY carrying them more.

And isn’t that the whole point of a handbag?

Thanks Orlina team for helping me converting my micro picotin into a more versatile bag. I love the matching strap very much 🤍🤍 The original handles are very small and I could only carry it with fingers. Adding the cross body and over the shoulder options make this bag more user friendly 🥰 Now i am thinking to add more options to my other bags 😉. Please quote ORANGE 10 for 10% off @bag.orlina ❤️❤️❤️#hermesmini #hermespicotin #bagstrap #minibag #hermesbags

You can ask their opinion on the strap length, colour and style

Two length options available
