Dear friends, it’s my 55th turn around the sun today AND it is John Coltranes 100th Anniversary!!! AND to throw in a triple bonanza : I am beyond happy to finally announce “War Strategies” the first single from Myth & Logic that is out TODAY on @sonictransrec . This song is from the forthcoming album by my longtime friend, collaborator and amazing multi artist JAWWAAD and features the incredible voice of Kam Franklin alongside JAWWAAD, Hans Hulbækmo, Peder Overvik Stuberg, Emil Bø and myself. Please give it a listen, it would make me very very happy!!!✨✨✨✨

Vi håper denne vakre motetten kan bidra til lindring og trøst!

💐🐑🌕 Happy release day to @moon.inhabitants ! Their debut album «Canned Luna» is out everywhere today - and to great reviews ❤️‍🔥

🔗 Listen via the link in our bio!

It is a rare thing to have an album of such complexity, quality and innovation hitting so immediately, and at the same time being so insanely catchy, and just vibrating of energy and creativity. Being so fresh and new in its style, yet having obvious nods backwards in jazz history. Moon Inhabitants comes with something truly unique, and they do so with an impressive ease and presence - and a huge variety balancing humor and seriousness. Enjoy your «Canned Luna»!

The band:
Åsne Ausen Fossmark · saxophone
Mikkel Dahl Amundsen · trumpet
Sondre Moshagen · piano
Johannes Lykkås · double bass
Jørgen Fiske · drums

Compositions by Jørgen Fiske, Mikkel Dahl Amundsen and Moon Inhabitants
