title:Awaiting Moment lll
‎medium:oil and acrylic paint on canvas
‎size:36*36 inches
‎year:2026
‎

‎
‎Seating suspended between motion and stillness one arm draped over the couch edge, the other resting against my knee, my gaze meeting yours without hurry. The spilled coffee, still and dark on the table's curve, marks a moment interrupted rather than lost. Beside me, the dog rests in the same unhurried quiet, a companion in waiting.
‎
‎The portrait behind us holds what was the gems of a love once shared, now distant, now a memory pressed into color. But even distorted, even far from home, we hold on. Not because the moment has arrived, but because waiting too can be a form of love.
