Chaotic moments 😵‍💫

Issy zoned in on this colouring for a good hour, Britney lasted 5 seconds before stretching 🤪

This super glue lives in our totes permanently for Britney’s shoe ✨

Trying to eat something real inbetween the madness🍽️

Our first hangout… Britney wanted Us to carry this on a street car to her apartment.
You can peep the streetcar that was stuck on the road for hours, it’s saved us from that mission😂

Thrift whores 🤑

Thank you @nationalthrift_ for getting us right for the summer 🤩

What the what? How long will you wait for Pantry, Bay Streeters? For those of us who haven’t been yet (cause we’re scared of the lines) what do you recommend?

Some recent Toronto eats - takeout version 🥡

@bingz_canada - affordable and tasty meal combos. Almost the perfect work lunch except when lines are long. Some of our favourites are their signature pork crispy burger, cold noodles, and pork wonton soup.

@zenkyoto - salmon lover. They have lots of grab and go options from sushi, sashimi, hand rolls, and dons. Lines are long during lunch but it moves fast.

@oklahomaburgers.ca - oklahoma burger double. This was enough for the two of us to share without it feeling too heavy. It was quite cheesy (which we liked) but the patties were on the saltier side, maybe that’s the case with smash burgers…

Bello Pizza located at Waterworks Food Hall - pepperoni slice. Really big and filling slice of pizza, they don’t skimp out on the pepperoni but it was quite oily.

@vildastoronto - deli chicken salad sandwich. It was well balanced ingredients wise but the texture of the chicken salad threw us off. It tasted mostly of mayonnaise and had consistency of tuna.

@tantxo.to - $20 monday steak frites deal. We keep seeing this online so we gave it a try. Our steak looked well done but it was tender, the fries were thin but not too crispy. Glad we tried it but we’ve had better steak frites. Be prepared to wait.

@eatrastapasta - jamaica me crazy jerk chicken. Juicy and flavourful chicken. Generous amount of rice but wish there was more coleslaw.

@vero.sandwich - don angelo. SO MUCH BURRATA 🩷😌

@mozyscharcoal - half chicken plate. This place has been so hyped and it deserves it. The chicken was so juicy and flavourful, it had a really nice char. The sauce that it came with was not needed as it was delicious on its own. The fries were also very well seasoned and not too crispy, kind of reminded us of potato wedges.

@burgerdrops - single original cheeseburger combo. Loved the brioche bun but maybe we should’ve gotten the double. The patty was crispy on the edges and juicy inside, a little salty but not unbearable. The onion rings were super crispy but had a pretty thick coating.

@kibomarket_union - premium salmon lover. Kibo market in union station has lots o

WIEIAD as a dancer during show day🕺🏻🪩💃🏻

No foods are “magic” foods, but when you have long rehearsals, performances, and hours on your feet, what you eat can make a huge difference in your energy, stamina, recovery, and focus.

My goal on show day:
💧Stay hydrated
🍞Get enough carbs for energy
🍗Include protein at every meal
🍭Keep snacks on hand to refuel throughout the day

Remember that dancers aren’t just artists, we’re athletes too. The better you fuel your body, the better it can perform for you🤸🏻

We asked Rosedale what makes this neighbourhood come alive?!

From hair salons to local favourites, wine nights to lunch walks through Ramsden Park, it’s the small places and everyday moments that make it feel like home.
A community built on craft, care, and connection.
